Customer Service
Have not received my order yet, so can't comment onthe quality but customer service is amazing. I was concerned that I needed a larger size bracelet and messaged them to see what to do before the order was shipped. They immediately responded and have been great discussing options with me. They clearly want to ensure that people have a great experience. Would definitely shop there again!

Their products are very high end quality. My friends were shocked when I let them in on celorist. 😁. Staff very friendly and attentive. I actually ordered wrong size in a couple things (totally my fault) they offered to help get me correct size although I didn’t expect as it was my fault not theirs. Will continue to order from them.

I’m so impressed by the excellent customer care I received. My order was delayed due to a questionable address and FedEx needed verification. I received a text as well as an email from Celerist informing me of the issue. I was able to confirm with FedEx thanks to Celerist. They continued to be in touch to make sure my order was received. The necklace I received is nicer than I expected. Can’t say enough about this company and their products of amazing quality as they say it is.

I ordered the LV Idylle Blossom Bracelet. During the quality control, I received communication the clasp was different and was shown a video to decide as well as other options. Their patience was remarkable and then I received updateson tracking and delivery. The bracelet arrived and is simply beautiful and incredible quality and I’m very impressed all around with Celorist. Beautiful Jewelry/Trustworthy Vendor
I ordered Van Cleef earrings and a Cartier love ring from Celorist. I was informed every step of the way about the status of my order. Upon delivery, I was amazed at the beauty of the pieces and pleased that they are very well made. I was concerned about ordering from a Facebook sponsored ad originally but my fears were quickly dispelled by the quick communication and the quality of the products received. Chloe was a wonderful resource. I am currently looking at their inventory for more items to purchase!
