The telephone call service was horrenduous
Call wait time went from 30 mins to over an hour & then I went from caller no 1 to caller 8 with another proposed 40 minute wait & I merely wanted to pay my invoice how much more painful can this be
I suggest you recruit more staff to rectify this very unsatisfactory matter
Also my land line no. Was used so pure luck that engineer contacted me as We dont use this fone

Engineer arrived on time and completed the service expertly.

Very unhappy that the service man did not have one of the filters in his van & had to use one I received when the original installation took place. I sent a request to the company to replace it & I am still waiting for a reply

Not someone to write negative reviews but in this case I’m more than happy to do so.
We joined Celtic water around 3 years ago. We initially purchased a reverse osmosis and the following year we got an outdoor clack water filtration system with a carbon filter. We added a uv light last year.
The issues began around this year when we got our yearly service. Reverse osmosis filters all changed and the outdoor system all serviced. Came home from work to find an expansion vessel outside was leaking. Contacted Culligan and the technician came back and changed it a week later. Noticed water pooling outside around the whole system. Initially thought the system was leaking but now I know it was a drip from the drain hose staining the area and pooling water. Technician came back once or twice, said it was fine despite us not using near as much salt and left.
Few weeks later our uv light started alarming-technician came back and changed it but continued to ignore the dripping drain hose and lack of salt use.
On his last visit, it was arranged with Culligan that he would contact me directly to organise a visit so I could show him my concerns. Same as other times he landed unannounced and wouldn’t even listen to my wife when she said he was supposed to meet me. He started saying how he didn’t have a break all day or it was a 15 minute break or something like that.
He left the property and we just…got on with it. I convinced myself there wasn’t an issue but I knew deep down there was. The salt use over 5 months now has been 1 bag installed maybe 3 months ago. Water staining in sinks, smelly sink, brine tank is full to the brim and no longer taking water from the brine tank during regeneration (I’ve manually done this to test it). Called Culligan again explaining it’s clearly a piston and spacer stack issue to which they said someone would get back. Never happened. We contacted a different company and within 3 minutes of talking to the guy he diagnosed the same issue I’ve been saying for months. He is coming next week to fix it.
As a customer I would have been happy to fork money outside the yearly service to buy a piston and spacer stack kit and have it installed. Business is business and if the issue is on my end I’m happy to pay. To gaslight customers into thinking they’re wrong when clearly as a company your “technicians” haven’t got a clue how to use a clack ws1 makes me laugh. All the good technicians down the years have left or are leaving from what I’ve learned. I have zero interest in a generic reply about me contacting you to resolve this-how about just contact me like you already said you would? My wife is pregnant and our water is high in manganese so she is incredibly worried and your company just pretends like everything’s fine when it’s not? Dodgy and dangerous since Culligan took over. Please avoid and go with someone local who actually cares.

Re scheduling appointments;
We were told the technician would be coming in the afternoon. We cleared our afternoon to be at home then. He came in the morning and was annoyed that we weren't there. He called my number twice mid morning and I missed the call. He left no message. Usually I don't answer calls from unknown numbers anyway and the obvious thing to do was to leave a message. When I called the number back he said he was heading to South Sligo and would maybe see us later. In the end he did come back in the afternoon and did the job efficiently.

Your customer service agent is the worst I've experienced in recent times. I've called for days without being attended to. Telephone calls are never answered. It's very frustrating that you will make an order online and nobody will attend to you for days.

Technician was Friendly and helpful with any queries I had.

I got my water softener serviced and was to be given 2 bags of salt also. The lad gave me one bag and was to come back with the second bag. He did come back later in the afternoon and stopped outside the house but must of realized that he had none in the van and just drove off.
I’ve rang numerous times, which is very difficult to get through to speak to anyone. My last phone call was today for 47mins on hold only to be told it was an invalid number and hung up on me.
The lad was very good and polite but there has been no communication at all from this.

We had a water softener installed by your company, but it stopped working within just one week of installation. We contacted your customer service team and were told that a technician would be sent to fix the problem. However, the technician did not seem to know what they were doing and made some mistakes while attempting to repair the unit.
We contacted customer service again, hoping to get the issue resolved, but we received no proper support. Nobody from customer service is answering our calls, and we are extremely disappointed with the lack of after-sales service.
The quality of your customer service is extremely poor, and we would never recommend your company to anyone. We are completely frustrated and distressed by this experience. We paid for a service that we expected to work properly, but instead, we have been left with a faulty water softener and no reliable support.

Overall good service. Alexandra was very helpful and Marcin was excellent. In this day and age I feel you should text and say e mail for payment isis on the way as I did not know whether it was a scam or fact. We get so many bogus messages etc
