Annual service is a joke for the payment we make
In the name of annual service they did nothing, just pressed few buttons on the softener and done. Seems surely like a scam. They should publish what a technician would be doing when they are coming for servicing the softener unit.

Difficult Post Sales
Culligan sale representative was informative during the initial process and the installation technician was very professional. However, after the installation, you realize that support via phone is almost impossible. I tried their phone number for almost one hour in each of my attempts, before I was redirected voicemail. I'm trying to report a leak and incorrect charge. Sent emails too, and hopefully I'll get some response.

Awful. Do not use this company. Amd they’ve very kindly just reminded via email to review them after a week of appalling customer care and botched installation that left me minus running water over bank holiday weekend.

Anyone can service your water…
Anyone can service your water filters/softeners and do a good job, but what setted Culligan apart for me was the willingness of the technician to explain in detail everything he was doing and the patience to answer all of my questions. All in a super friendly manner!
