I asked for a ketchup chicken roll and I got a barbecue roll

Centra Kilcoole the deli part Iv being treated like dirt several times when ordering my lunch one in particular has been very nasty to me for no reason her name is Amanda she’s in her late 60 or early 70s , the manager has already had a world with her and she’s still treating me like dirt for no reason what so ever or it’s because im a traveler the rest of the girls in the shop are lovely people it’s just the girls in the deli Amanda is the ring leader very upsetting to think this is happening because of my ethnicity

Centra castlemartyr.. quite sure the worst in the country.. am travelling night and day for work.... call into grab a coffee every morning ... but the pastries croissants are permanently burnt & overdone...
The self check out NEVER WORK.. there are housing estates being built all around castlemartyr, & this is a potential gold mine... but clearly they don't give a damn about customers, who are travelling on to midleton or youghal instead of stopping at this kip

Hi I must make this review about centra Garveys newcastlewest limerick.My experience is and i am sure many others have been treated so rudely,if you purchase something in the shop and go to the till to pay for it they bark out Diesel,Petrol and you stand their embarrassed and confused as you feel like your treated like a criminal I certainly don't need to be told how to be honest by their very rude staff,their parking facilities are totally inadequate.Honestly I won't stoop to their level and do business with them again and their ingnorent staff.From now on I will by my fuel at either side of newcastlewest coming in or going out as I have said apart from thir rudeness getting in their trying to park is a nightmare with an accident waiting to happen.

Managers standing there while 2 men held a man down with extreme force clearly the chap was in serve distress absolutely shocking yous should be ashamed of yourselves ( cross centra )

Centra portmarnock. Asked for 3 rashers and 2 fried eggs in a roll, got 1 rasher cut into 3, went back to complain and was told by the manager are you moaning just because theres not enough rashers in it, absolute clown of a man.

i called into the centra on frosses road and i know its a new store but could the staff not hide their disappointment in having to work a little better?.. customer service needs greatly improved.

I was today in Centra Emywale, Im writing here because i didnt wanted to make a scene there but maybe next time if this happen again i will. Pay more atention how the employers treat people in ur store. I always go in Centra and is not first time when this happen but this time is the worst. I went to the food section and i asked for “ mash potatoes “ from the beginning the woman who work there look like she didnt wanted to be there. She didnt understand what i order and i saw she bring me 2 slices of bread. I told her nice “ sorry i asked for mash potatoes “ again she didnt understood , i dont know how she didnt understood cuz the person near me understood me from first time and he told her what i said but she didnt even made a efort to understand she just go to put the bread back and she made a face very rude to me , rolling her eyes in my face and i told her “ ok i dont want anything anymore if u make this face “ and i just left and she was laughing in the back with her coworkers. Like an advice, i work in hospitality and i have bad days also but at least i try to hide this and im still nice with people if is not a pleasure to work there just go home but dont break another people day with ur attitude and also maybe they can learn to be more open to people from another country who dont have just irish accent. If I could give NO STARS, I would.
The two older women who work in Centre New street Killarney are the rudest women I’ve ever come across. They have NO customer service skills especially the darker haired older woman who is on till, horrible woman to everyone. The guys on till are actually okay they seem to have better customer service, I will never shop here again

Good product range, covering all the essentials.

I bought a vape at the centra on O’connel street n it didn’t work. When I went back to tell them, the workers were so rude about it n basically told me it’s a me problem.

The breakfast roll and coffee at this place are excellent and reasonably priced, with helpful staff.

Deli staff are terrible lazy,they ignore people waiting to be served.could never shop there again so rude.

The liquorice alsorts are stale and absolutely horrible. I've bought than and have been bought them by many family and friends. Every single time they've been just fit for bin. The only reason ever bought is that they don't sell the Bassett brand only Centra brand. They should be discontinued and Centra should have option of Bassett brand.

Great food. Fresh food and Deli staff are so good making my roll or sandwich. Love having my coffee and my roll on the weekend. Thanks Debbie for your time making my roll and making sure the roll is presentable.

I had a problem with a gift card that didn`t scan. I contacted Customer Service and the issue was sorted quickly by Grainne. Very professional and efficient customer service.

Went into Bretts Centra kildare to buy my grandson an ice cream cone. The staff are lovely and the store seems very well stocked up, but come on how on earth you can charge 65cents for a drop of syrup was totally beyond belief. So 2.75 for the cone, plus 65cents for a flake plus another 65cents for syrup, an absolute disgrace, I've bought cones in many centra stores and never have paid for a drop of syrup. Keep these prices up and you won't be selling many ice creams come summer

Extremely good company. Customer service in every shop has been excellent. It’s not a huge company therefor the prices are on the higher end

I was in Centra getting bread and milk and was gonna get a ham for a sandwich but 3 euro for 5 slices of ham? Really?! Not a chance.. is that ham make of gold or something?
