With thanks to the Coop funeral care from a very grateful customer
It has been a family tradition to use the Coop funeral care. When my wife passed away recently it was her wish that this should continue and the Coop should deal with her funeral. From the moment she was collected from home to the departure of the transport after the funeral service the staff of the Coop were kind, considerate and totally professional. At each stage I was guided through all of the procedures in a very knowledgeable way. I must mention Tammy, at the Brereton Road office, who dealt with each stage of the journey in a very caring and professional manner. Also to Jamie, the lead person who dealt with us on the day of the funeral for his considerable talents for such an occasion. Thank you Coop funeral care from a very grateful husband.

Thank you for looking after my father-in-law
As an ex funeral arranger, I went through all of the questions at home with the family. This was a pre paid plan which made it easier. We went into branch just to sign paperwork and choose OOS design. Mandy was great handling all the paperwork and let me know when my father in law was ready to visit in chapel. He looked lovely and well presented.
A big shout out to Chris Meikle for coming over from Leicester for the day to be our FD. As ever he was respectful and professional. A very special man who made the day run like clockwork.
