A friend put me into CT. I was reluctant at first but due to the trust I have with my mate I gave them a crack. Nothing could be worse than what I had experience for decades with the majors - and CT is local & employs locally. From day dot I have been very pleasantly suprised. The costumer service is 2nd to none. Seriously. 2nd to none. Although reliant on the Telstra network (like everyone) the internet and mobile service is also good. I live in rural NSW where some telcos claim to have coverage actually have very poor coverage. Aside from the customer service experience with CT I would know my service provider has change in regards to mobile and internet service. I cannot speak highly enough about Central Telecoms and the Team. I give them 10 stars out of 5.

We made to the change to Central Telecoms last week and was extremely impressed with the professional and proactive service that we received from Ricky, Josh, Joseph, Denver and Leanne have all been exceptionally amazing with outstanding service in accommodating our needs very promptly. No hidden costs and wonderful to deal with even when I needed IT support. Always happy to have local support and prompt service when needed. Would definitely recommend Central Telecoms as telephone and NBN providers over Optus and Telstra.

I made the switch to Central Telecoms some time ago and was recently astounded by their proactive service. I was away last week when I received a call from Joseph Scott, one of their account managers, to advise that he has been monitoring my line at home due to intermittent dropouts (we are still on the old fibre to the node NBN). Had I still been with my previous Telco, I would not have known about the issue until I got home. Then, I would have had to spend hours on the phone trying to speak to someone and another 72 hours plus to receive an answer. All of this would have meant downtime and loss of income, as anyone in business knows only too well. While the issue is yet to be resolved, Joseph has been emailing and calling me with updates – an unheard-of service in this industry. Thank you Central Telecoms!

I am so so grateful to the Central Telecoms team. For over a year, we have been experiencing nothing but roadblocks and difficulties with NBN Co. We contacted Central Telecoms, they swooped on the issue, learned what we needed, and took care of it. Any time I spoke with any staff member, they were all accessible, informed, helpful, and in great communication with one another. Cannot recommend Central Telecoms nearly enough. My only problem? Leanne their Provisioning Manager supports Manly, and we are Corporate Partners with Canterbury, so we'll have to sort this out! Thank you to all the team for your hard work and professionalism.
