Excellent Service
Scott did a great job helping me get my application in to get a great deal and although it’s early days in the process and I don’t yet have the car so hence four stars, I’m very happy with service so far and would happily recommend Scott and CVL.

Great Service
I've just ordered my car from Scott at Central and couldn't be happier with the service I've received.
I sent a number of queries during the process and nothing was too much trouble.
The price I was offered was less than half the cost that other companies were advertising.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his team to anyone looking to lease a car. Particularly if, like me, you have less than perfect credit history.

I would highly recommend Central UK Vehicle leasing. They are hands down one of the best leasing companies I have used, very quick to respond to queries. The special deals emails always have the best prices on the market. We are now on our second car and will always use them for leasing. Big shout to Scott for helping us again.

They've made an enemy of a friend
I have always been very pro this company, but my opinion has changed drastically since they supplied my "new car" on 7th August this year, it was dirty, smelly and in an appalling condition, with an excessive 295 miles on the clock. I allege it was not a new car, but a second hand vehicle, pretending to be new. There's a word for this kind of misrepresentation. It seems that I am stuck with it now, and promises they seemed to extract from Stellantis have not been kept. The car has not been driven since it was supplied and I am extremely frustrated and annoyed at my dealings with Central Leasing. Hardly the New Car Experience you'd hope for. I won't use them again, unfortunately, and it's their own fault. Think before you buy from them

Hi Graham, upon review i can see that as per discussions with our admin dept all of these points have been addressed in full and that we have supplied redress from the Supplying Dealer / delivery agent at fault.
Your vehicle is New and not 2nd hand, we do not supply finance options on used vehicles.
you report that the vehicle was untidy upon delivery - this imformation was shared, promptly to the dealer to which they agreed covering the cost of a valet for you. The details of which have been sent to the dealer to action payment.
Your complaint related to measures outside of our control, we therefore saught redress from the dealer for you. this has been explained on numerous occasions.
I am sorry you feel this way but please be assured that 'we' have done everything we can to help.
waste of time
We spoke 3 weeks ago and they said the car was in stock, it took them 3 weeks to just do a credit check and they didn't get any results, when I spoke again they said they had no car left. Total waste of time, they didn't even inform me during all this

I have seen your review and apologise you feel this way, as I am sure you are aware we do not conduct the underwrite in house as we are not a funder but a broker.
We can not hold a vehicle for a customer without an acceptance on credit. Unfortunately, due to underwrite taking near 2 weeks the stock was sold before we could obtain a credit agreement for you.
Usually, we get a credit decision from our funder partners on average 24-48 hours so I appreciate that the delay is frustrating as I am sure you can appreciate it is for us also.
I have resent email as discussed with link to alternate offers, hopefully there is one that meets your requirement. I hope so! We can then hopefully remedy all of this for you.

A friend recommended Scott and the team as I have never leased before. I got a fantastic price on a vehicle that I could not match anywhere else on-line and the whole process from start to finish took about an hour to complete. Really slick and painless.
