I went with Steve due to his reviews, so these are really important! I've been in my home now a couple of months and Steve has been waiting very patiently😉, for me to get around to this and as promised....here it is.

I'm quite old fashioned and like to do things 'the old fashioned way', so to have never met Steve and trust this person with all our financial information is HUGE!

We have in recent years been let down, in the worst possible way, trusting a team of people, in professional medical positions. Due to their huge failings and our enormous losses, our trust in people is ZERO. Going through our first house move as a family and upping sticks, to a new country, with small children, is alot to take. Ontop of that, out of the blue, with all the stress, I was thrown unexpected PTSD symptoms to deal with - what wonderful timing!
Steve was on the case, when I struggled some days, to do the basics and I didn't have to prompt him, or hound him for progress, he was on it and on our side!

I'm now looking out over countryside,🐑🏡 from within my new home and am hopeful this place will be cathartic for my soul.

Thank you Steve, I know I may have been a little difficult😶, but unfortunately that's due to what I've been going through.

Goes above and beyond, excellent service

As someone who is Neurodivergent I really worried about finding someone that felt right for me. From the second I met Chantelle, I felt reassured and comfortable. Communication was consistent throughout and no question was too much.

Quick and atten

Added product fee without our knowledge, wouldn’t have been too bothered about it but Steve should have been transparent. When I initially called him he said they don’t get a penny extra. Slated our solicitors, (Thornes, who were fantastic) clearly wanted us to go with his recommended ones. When we said no, minutes later he had amazingly ‘pulled some strings’ and provided a cheaper quote. At times was rude, unprofessional and condescending. He did however get the mortgage offer in a timely manner which we appreciate. Could have been 3 stars but the negatives were too significant.

I can see in response to similar reviews he has suggested he has never dealt with the person before. More than happy to provide evidence confirming our engagement and use of services. Definitely Steve from Hendriks I’m alluding to. Never had a bad experience with anyone else.
