Great service but DPD leaves a lot to be desired
Unlike the Piusi website, this one was easy to navigate to find to items I needed to sort out a problem with my fuelling supply. The order was processed promptly, and correctly and arrived, eventually.
It must have been a bad day for DPD because they arrived several hours before their scheduled delivery and were just about to depart when I met the driver. He refused to deliver the parcel because he said that he'd recorded a "nobody at home" (despite the fact that I have a standing instruction with DPD to leave in a safe place) and it would have to go back to the depot even though I was holding the parcel in my hands! So much for commonsense!

Excellent Customer Service.
Needed a complete ATEX replacement pump and hoses for our existing fuel tank. Tim was brilliant. He gave us excellent advice and support. The goods arrived as expected and it took no time at all to put it all back together.
