Thao came in and installed our wifi super fast. He was very helpful and informational. Speeds are 975 mbps and loads super quick. We get good connection throughout the house and everything. So far so good!

Jonathan did an amazing job. He walked me through how to set up the WiFi properly which made it a breeze. The WiFi is now working perfectly no slow downs or interruptions. No complaints here.

When I called centric fiber to cancel my Internet due to moving out of state, Makenzie went above and beyond and assisted me with checking my Centric natural gas account as well. I understand it’s the same company, but her checking with the other department showed her willingness to assist Centric customers. Unfortunately other companies I called today or not as helpful. With Makenzie’s extra willingness to help, it made my day a lot easier. I sincerely appreciate it.

As soon as you purchase a plan with Ryan, he doesn't reply or answer calls to help. He asks for you to give him good reviews and once you do, he stops helping completely.

Had some speed/ connections issue, Thao from Centric came, he was awesome, top notch customer service, he fixed the issues and my network works great now. Thank You Thao🙏
