Any reviews that are on here are fictitious if they were written from 6/26/25 to 6/28/25 the company didn't even have internet in certain places those days. They claim to be restructuring 😂😂.Their problem is they're arrogant in a sense where they don't realize they are starting up. I'v
. had them for a year and it's been the most rockiest relationship I've ever had with any company. Note to management in Houston you need to check the people that your hiring they are a reflection of your brand. They don't care, because if they did they would put your customers first. I would never recommend them TO ANYONE AGAIN

Internet speed 150 to 350 using 2 different speed tests. I don't have a VPN when testing.Before when this happened I'd call the Florida office and they would tell me that their system said I was receiving 1 GB. Now today I called and can't get through to anyone. Sat on hold for 20 minutes. Mine's not as bad as the others that are experiencing complete outages. Evidently they're is no service any longer. I'll be switching my service to another company.

I’m new to Texas and had the pleasure of working with Thao. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. He went above and beyond as the builders did not make his job easy. Well I bought my house 3 weeks ago and saw fiber on the side of my house and the company name so I called to set it up the person I spoke with ask me what day I wanted to set set it I told Wednesday at 8 so she said ok then I waited til Wednesday and found an email that they sent me that it was schedule for Saturday by their dispatcher so emailed her and told her I couldn’t do Saturday but I scheduled this for a Wednesday since I took it off work we were making back and fourth and she stated and explained to me how the the customer service will give you a time and date but it actually a different day due to dispatcher were the one who schedules this appointment I was irritated by now so I rescheduled it to next week waited my time now I’m having issues with their upload very inconsistent I have a 1 gig download are fine upload was 147 so when I called to schedule a tech to come again I scheduled it for a morning call got an email stating it would be after 5 this company seems doesn’t care how valuable their customer time but they want to go by their time I think I might be canceling their service and go with another company if I had to do a survey I would’ve gave them no star

I signed up for new Internet service with Centric fiber for my new investment house with the special request of having it connected on a a specific Saturday, since I live out of and this was needed to manage the property remotely. When I find out that my second was scheduled to start the following Tuesday I thought I would have to cancel. Cindy communicated my needs very quickly and Tao managed to open a space in his schedule to accommodate my request. Tao was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained our options for install location and took every step to set our account up and test everything was working for us. We were impressed with the response and service! Thanks.

Constant outages. Almost everyday it will disconnect for a few minutes then comes back up, multiple times a day.
Now it disconnects every 5-10mins for 30 seconds and reconnects. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL

Lack of customer service. They don't pick up the phone and if you call tech support it's the same message repeating over and over how they are here to help. We recently have had our internet cutting out for a few minutes a couple times a day and can't reach anyone

In the past 2 or 3 days, I know my service has been out at least 10 times. I'm in a new community and we have no other options. This is ridiculous. No one has offered any credits to my account for my inconvenience that I'm aware of. You've got to do better!!!!

Thao has been great. Verdict is still out on the company due to lack of communication and still no service after moving in. We are waiting to hear back from contractors on fiber connection.

Frequent outages and take forever to respond. We work from home and need reliable internet for work, this company has been very disappointing.

Terrible service. We have outages multiple times a month lasting for hours sometimes. It could be rainy or sunny, it doesn't matter, service just drops. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now. I am in a newer subdivision. Outages were rare when we first moved in. The more homes that are built, the more consistent the outages have become. Unfortunately, they are the only provider out there at the moment. UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM TO HANDLE THE LOAD!
