Donnie and Kenny were brilliant. They installed a new tank with little fuss and next to no mess. They were punctual and completed the job in no time.

Michael the Certas engineer called today to replace a part on the oil boiler, following his annual boiler service last week. He was both friendly and professional. He carried out both visits in an efficient and effective manner. Thanks to Michelle in the office who arranged the visits and communicated well with me also in a warm friendly and professional manner.

Mark Armstrong is a great lead engineer. He has been servicing our boiler for over 25 years and always does a great job. I now ask for him as I know he'll be reliable, friendly and efficient.

Fantastic service.
We were so pleased with the service from Certas Energy, our boiler was attended to by Jake Winter, he was fantastic coming out on a bank holiday! The service was brilliant, and had us up and running in no time! I recommend Jake and Certas Energy to anyone.
