I have always had good conversations with your staff when ordering, it is usually regrading prices which as we know continue to go up !! The delivery service is always good and on time.

Get other quotes.
Having been with Certas for many years I was disappointed that they did not offer me the best price for my oil for this area in the first instance. It was only when I mentioned a quote I got from another company did they agree to match it. I would say to everybody, get several quotes before accepting any.

Phone to get a quote for 500l of fuel for residential delivery. They would not give me quote without setting up an account. All other companies happy to give quote without rigmarole of setting up an account. Will not use or call again and will give my business to Simpson's Oil now who are friendlier and will give price immediately. Shocking service!
