Having been with Certas for many years I was disappointed that they did not offer me the best price for my oil for this area in the first instance. It was only when I mentioned a quote I got from another company did they agree to match it. I would say to everybody, get several quotes before accepting any.

Phone to get a quote for 500l of fuel…
Phone to get a quote for 500l of fuel for residential delivery. They would not give me quote without setting up an account. All other companies happy to give quote without rigmarole of setting up an account. Will not use or call again and will give my business to Simpson's Oil now who are friendlier and will give price immediately. Shocking service!

Delivery was made promptly
Delivery was made promptly and efficiently. My main issue is price. About 200% more than 5 years ago. Dread to think what margin you are working on. No other fuel / energy has gone up that much.

Overcharged
Went on line for a quote that was meant to be held until midnight.Ordered at 10pm and the price was not honoured and the price increased .Sent 2 emails asking for this to be rectified but both ignored, First time using Certus, won't use them again.

Given the current market the price I paid was several pence cheaper per litre than other suppliers. Delivery was super quick. Just a few days from order to delivery. Excellent service
