A very helpful caring company, my gas boiler broke down in my static caravan I had no hot water or heating, and Cet were excellent in sorting it out, I had 2 arranged visits from warm serve, they had to order a gas valve and fit it, all fixed now, we are very grateful to Cet.

Friendly, tidy cleaned up when he finished.

Was referred to CET by my insurance company, but after it transpired that my issue wasn’t covered I agreed to pay £600 up front for CET to investigate an underground water leak. I was told the £600 would cover investigation, excavation, repair and reinstatement. I was happy with this and understood the cost may increase if more extensive repairs were found to be necessary. CET engineers visited and spent about an hour at the property - all they did was check the internal and external stop taps and confirmed there was a leak (which we already knew). They made no attempt to investigate where the leak was and said they would need to come back another day. A few days later I received a quote of over £2,500 to “investigate further”. Needless to say I declined and asked for my £600 back (given that they had done nothing of what they said it was for). After many emails and phone calls they eventually agreed to refund £300 as a ‘goodwill gesture’ leaving me £300 out of pocket. Very disappointing.
Eventually got a local plumber who carried out initial investigations free of charge and within half an hour identified where the leak was most likely to be. My advice - steer clear of CET.

Sorted issue quickly & communicated well

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for emergency home repairs.
We had an issue with our toilet flush constantly running so called them. They cancelled the appointment 3 times without any message or word. The staff you call are mostly rude and unhelpful.
Eventually the plumber did come and do the job only to mess it up and leave us with a leaking toilet which is a health hazard and could end up causing damage to the property.
We've called again regarding the leak only for the same issue of the plumber just not showing up and the staff on the phone being the most unhelpful useless people I've ever dealt with.
I will be advising my landlord to terminate the use of this service as I'm beyond done with trying to get help from these people for the damage they caused.
If you're in the south London area just avoid them.

I appreciated the thoroughness of the engineer. He made sure that the work was watertight and thankfully the dripping through the kitchen ceiling has stopped. He was very polite and he explained what was causing the leak before rectifying it.

Hot water cylinder on the blink, so I called CET. Phone answered quickly and call handler was very sympathetic to my situation of having no hot water. Engineer arranged within a couple of hours when he rang door bell! Cylinder checked and hot water restored. Great service. Have used before and they do a great job.

Lorraine the engineer was outstanding. She knew her job inside out and was extremely pleasant and helpful .
