Buying a house is one of the biggest investments you will make and with purchasing a new build you expect it to be pretty much perfect. Hiring Chris to complete a snag on our new build was a no brainer. Knowing that your house has been thoroughly checked by a professional and the evidence report that you receive post snag to provide back to your developer puts your mind at ease even if there are more than just minor snags! Chris was well worth the peace of mind! He found over 200 snags, was very thorough even on a Sunday morning!!! Even did a quick revisit the same day to make sure he had photos of a particular snag which was a massive money saver as we had 2 leaks in both shower and bathrooms going through to floors on the next floor! Sent in a perfect email which was bullet pointed and forwarded to the Developers who might I say tried to tell me it was a waste of money and that I was too late to have a snagger on the day of moving in!! Erm I think not! A snagger is exactly what I needed!!

Prior to Chris coming I thought I would challenge myself to pick up a few things but it was quite clear I was way out of my depth when the report came through. He will search every single nook and cranny and send you an extremely detailed report put together with pictures and NHBC requirements, this made it all the easier to pass onto our developer to get rectified (which makes the argument incredibly easy with such clear evidence).
