I bought online a steel wire trimmer
I bought online a steel wire trimmer. Advertised as fitting “wipper sniper”. Nothing about only fitting certain models. Got it and didn’t fit. I called to return and was told I had to pay postage as because “change of mind”. That was not true, it didn’t fit. The advertisement was misleading. Anyway I had no choice. I think the add should have been a bit more clearer on this point.

Hi Angelo - as per our customer correspondence, it was clear this wire trimmer was not suited for your snipper as the connection was totally different. The pictures were available that clearly showed a 1" bore - I apologise that you overlooked this however we reviewed the listing and are satisfied with the way it is worded.
