Product is good and does exactly what i wanted. the delivery through Royal Mail was, at best, poor. It took them a log time to actually distribute it, once they had received it and their tracking system is a waste of time.

The website was easy to use and the order was placed without a problem. My 4-star rating is more to do with using FedEx being a real annoyance, their app not updating and being a day later than stated initially.

Excellent service and advice on selecting the correct replacement part!

My toddler had chewed and pulled apart (yes, you read correctly) the arms of my Orange Box Do chair. They were in a sorry state but I loved my office chair. Couldn’t find any replacement pads for the arms anywhere until I found Chair Clinic. Exactly what I needed at a great price. Delivered fast and securely. Couldn’t be happier as my chair has a new lease at life. Thankfully my daughter is also old enough now to know not to chew a chair :)

One phone call answered my question of what was needed to restore my chair to peak condition.

Quick shipment and perfect fit. I just wish other industries had proper "standards". The new gas strut was for a 10yr old chair that wasn't even bought in the UK. Getting a quick and easy drop-in replacement so long after purchase is a proper standard. It did take a fair bit of hammering and wiggling to get the old one out - but that's not down to these guys of course.

Wonderful! I called The Chair Clinic on a Sunday (without realising it was a Sunday), yet still someone answered and was most helpful.
I was tired of scrawling through Amazon to find a solution that I wasn't sure was going to work, and wasn't just a 'cheap fix' that wouldn't really resolve the issue.
My office chair was too low, and the gas cylinder was broken and constantly sinking.
With a new gas cylinder, at a higher height, now I have a working office chair that is perfect for my desk (converted from old IKEA drawers), and I'm able to work comfortably again.

The experience was very positive, the quality of the products was as expected and they delivered within 2 days.

That worked well. Nothing else managed to release the chair from the base but this did it in minutes. Shame it’s not going to be used very often!
