Fantastic Service
Having been given the run around by a "premium" chair maker, Adrian couldn't have been more helpful. He researched my chair and was able to recommend a replacement gas lift. Delivery was prompt. Part fitted straight in and chair now back to its best. Highly recommend the Chair Clinic team!

Im sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received from The Chair Clinic. I can see that you sent a message on Friday 9th August and Adrian responsed on the same day, can you confirm you received his reply? You ordered a castor with a 10mm pin which i presume didnt fit? We will always refund orders that not required. If you can return your order to the address on the shipping label i will refund your order in full when it arrives.
Expert advice restored classic chair
My Eames chair, from mid-1980s, needed a replacement gas lift, but part had been discontinued. CC explained how to replace the internal cylinder, which was still available. Chair is now transformed into full working order, after maybe 20 years!

Good selection, Fast Delivery, Good video instructions
Not knowing anything about replacing the gas cylinder on my office chair I found it very difficult to find a replacement that looked like mine and was the right size. The Chair Clinic has a good selection of different cylinders including mine which apparently is a Class 4 cylinder. They had the right size in stock. I ordered on Tue 6pm and it arrived by FedEx at 2pm Thu. It arrived well packaged. Their website showed how to remove the gas lift clip so that I could fit it in the chair and now I have a great office chair that goes up and down as it should. Thank you.
