Not only were these people the only ones that could supply exactly what I wanted without ordering most likely the wrong part but backed it up with first class customer service rarely available today. There was a slight hiccup in the delivery process but their staff kept a daily eye on proceedings and came to rescue the order for me. Well done ladies - I think you know who you are. The gas-strut on my home-office operator's chair had been failing for some time, but it was out of warranty. And as there was nothing else wrong with it, replacing the entire chair seemed wasteful and expensive.

A brief internet search revealed the existence of the Chair Clinic and after taking the measurements of the faulty item and watching their helpful videos on how to change a defective gas strut, I ordered the new unit, which arrived within a few days of ordering.

I then followed the company's instructions on how to remove the faulty unit and fit the new one ......and hey presto, my chair is now operating perfectly once again, all for the cost of £31.80, including delivery!

I was really delighted with the the entire process, and so based upon my experience I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to others.
