I was looking for new castors as the ones on my office chair had worn out. Delivery was really fast and the new castors fit perfectly. Plus, I was able to get hardfloor ones, which are more suitable to my office floor.

The service is off-the-scale good. I had tried sourcing a new gas lift for an otherwise brilliant office chair. No sites that stocked the chair were in any way helpful and their online chat options were bots or humans with no ability to read questions. The Chair Clinic was instantly incredibly helpful, offered appropriate advice in the appropriate tone, took into account the details I had given when forming an answer and very, very quickly resolved my problem, helped me determine which gas lift to buy and linked me to removal/replacement fitting videos. Honestly, given the product also arrived promptly and fitted perfectly, I couldn't give a higher score.

I wanted to reupholster a cherished 25 year old office chair with a hard wearing fabric that would also maintain the character of the chair. As the range of materials on offer from the company is extensive and I’m a DIYer with no professional knowledge in this area, I made a call to discuss my requirements. This turned out to be a very pleasant and informative experience. Armed with this new knowledge it was straight forward to make a decision on which fabric to order. I then decided that I needed a professional fabric adhesive to complete the project as the foam cushions are profiled so, made another call. Once again really good advice. I was offered the opportunity to place the order over the phone. This was so easy and I was given a clear idea of the time frame for the delivery which was met. Very pleased with the service provided. The chair looks really good too,.
