I had been looking to replace my Office Chair gas strut for a while. I had done extensive reviews and made phone calls to other companies only to be met with poor customer service.

Then, I found The Chair Clinic. I spoke with Rebecca in Sales and she was very helpful. She explained that if I took photos it would be easier to recommend the correct gas strut for me. Having done this and sent the photos of my existing chair to Rebecca, she was able to recommend the GL9 Gas Strut.

the automated online system was excellent. Communication from the Chair Clinic and the delivery company, Fed Ex was all excellent.

Likewise, as I write this review, I am now sat on my original office chair, manufactured on 30-06-1996 according to the underside of the metal part of the chair, complete with newly fitted GL9 Gas Strut.

I would have no hesitation in recommending The Chair Clinic as their Cusomer Service is Second to None and their products match up to the same level of quality, in my case with a three year guarantee.

I have a quite expensive office chair and one of my cats decided the arm rests were good to chew. I contacted the company I bought it from but they were not able to supply replacement arm rests or suggest where I could get them. I did a Google search and found The Chair Clinic. I sent them an email and a charming lady called Rebecca asked me to send photos so she could check. She then got back to me and said they could help, I just needed to check measurement of the screw fittings. I couldn't get an accurate measurement but I sent a photo and she said the ones she had in mind should fit. So I ordered them and they were successfully fitted to my chair.

The service was friendly and helpful, quite unlike the original chair supplier (!), and, for a cost of £33, I've saved a chair that would have cost over £250 to replace so I'm very pleased and more than happy to recommend The Chair Clinic. And yes, the cat is still alive :-)
