The Customer Service Rep worked with me as I wasn't sure what seat I needed. He sent me pictures to help me pick the correct one.
I was able to track my order too.
It was great that I was able to purchase just the seat rather than ordering a brand new chair (the rest of the chair is still in good condition) which saved my employer money as help as helping the environment.

Seemed to be the only place with the chair part I needed and supplied an extra screw I requested, delivery was fast and item was well packed, thank you

Small order but good service. Was looking for a retaining clip for a chair gas lift cylinder. This was the best price by far. Delivery with simple logistics, order acknowledgement and dispatch notification. Good enough if the part arrives in a reasonable time frame - next day in this case, so credit where due.

I spoke to both the sales person and the I think the owner of the business at this location and I have to say the help and support I had was absolutely fantastic. Diagnosing the part that I needed was very simple and very quick and recommended to me was putting the post and delivered to me the gentleman and I spoke to actually took me through how to take the chair apart without the tool just using a shockwave from a hammer have to say it was absolutely brilliant, and I would recommend this organisation to just about anyone
