Outstanding service from start to finish. Ordered a Humanscale gas lift and it arrived the very next day via FedEx - seriously impressive turnaround.

Quality of the part is excellent and exactly as described. What really stood out, though, was the support: I rang them when I hit a fitting issue and the advice was spot-on. They immediately knew what the problem was and talked me through adjusting the piston screw properly - fixed it in minutes.

Clearly a company that actually knows their products inside out, not just a box-shifter. Professional, helpful, fast delivery and great after-sales support. Would 100% use again and recommend.

Shopping with the Chair Clinic was great. I was looking to get new pads for the armrests on my desk chair at home, and couldn't get them from the original supplier of the chair. It seemed silly to throw the entire chair away so I shopped around.
I didn't know what I was looking for so as I was browsing on the Chair Clinic page when the chat popped up asking me if I had any questions I asked them how I would know which kinds of pads I need. The guy (girl?) on the chat asked me for pictures of the armrests (including how it was attached) and he was able to link me to the exact armrests I needed (you apparently can't change out the pads alone on this kind). This is absolutely stellar service as I had no idea which one to go and might have spent an hour browsing with very little idea of which one to choose.

The new armrests arrived promptly and they were easy to fit. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Can high recommend shopping with the Chair Clinic for spare parts and given the level of service next time I need an entire chair I'm quite likely to look them up again.

Truly fantastic service. Hadn't a clue what I was doing but the website and videos made it clear what I needed and how to do it. The chair lift came quickly and was well packaged, and when I realised I'd make a mistake (due to my own stupidity) I called up and they were super helpful and talked me though what to do to make things right and avoid buying any more parts unnecessarily. Chair kept on sinking and so I bought a new gas cylinder. Contacted company to make sure I ordered the right size. Watched YouTube videos on how to fit cylinder. Fitted item myself.
