CHAIR COVERS
When I had the need to email, I received a response straight away so good customer service. Extremely pleased with products received. Packing could have been better but fortunately no damage to goods. Would recommend this company.

Good product, colour options confusing
I should say firstly that the covers are soft and comfortable and fit my sofa well.
It would have been helpful to have the colour names beside the photos on the website. I was looking for a dark brown colour so ordered ‘brown’ as opposed to the other brown one which is called ‘coffee’. The colour I got was paler than I wanted so perhaps the coffee colour was the one I should have ordered. They will do for now but clearer info re which colour is which would be appreciated.
Parcel took a week from ordering to delivery which was longer than I expected. I didn’t receive a tracking number initially but used the enquiry form and got a prompt reply back from customer service.
