It was very positive approach and quick response for application and they have given good support also.

Bad experience.
The payrate was different from what was discussed and can t reach them on the phone.Missing money from invoice,dodgy place to work,i don t recommend them.

Cancelling shift for weeks. 0 hours contract thy treat you like you are nothing, thy don't care if you come or go, thy poll in and trow out hundreds of peuple at once in Asos Barnsley. Hiring new people while Cancelling your shifts due to no work.

Cancelled the Induction just 3 hours before the induction time that too twice in duration of 5 months. Never trusting this agency again.

I resigned from this company after experiencing unfair treatment and incompetence.

This company does not seem to know about employment rules & regulations.
Underpays when you take Annual Leave and they seem to think it’s correct. Can’t take half days because the system won’t let you !

If they don’t need me at work, why don’t they tell me beforehand not to come in because I’m not needed that day? I even drink two coffees before my evening shift, and then when I get there, they tell me to go up to the canteen because it’s not busy and I might have to go home. Why didn’t they tell me before I left? If I cancel a shift, I have to let them know an hour in advance, but if they do it, they don’t have to?

Absolutely rude staff, not helpful at all, they answer the phone after long minutes of waiting and they say to wait for their call. They expect you to stick to your phone 24 hours. When you get a call and you can't answer they just push your application back and refuse to help when you call them back. These people should not work in HR department.

The application process was easy. The staff were very thorough and even when for some reason the system didn't accept some of the information the first time they carried on and helped to complete the process.
Would 100 percent recommend them if you are looking for work

Place for work is good with different international people's. BUT CTRG is absolutely nightmare! They cancelled shift nonstop without information . Nonstop they asked to be booked days then they just cancelled them . Contact with them is absolutely not good they don't know anything . Support is 0 . Inside in the manufacturing they will never support. Last is they will check your pockets (You don't have lockers because you are agency) Your staffs are in changing rooms without protection. Absolutely funny is everything. I don't recommend CTRG like agency .For one month 1 day work! And each week was booked 3-4 days when i am available. CRTG don't care about your time and plans early on daytime shift is confirmed then 6:30 shift is cancelled. And same on next day .. Just they keeping some people's like that week's. So I don't recommend them ! Don't lose your time with them
