They don’t even deserve one star!!! Worst company ever my partner applied for tesco warehouse job they did the whole process he even went in to the warehouse for a tour and was asked boots and Hi vest size to be told they would be called the following week regarding a starting date he waited 2 weeks they didn’t ring obviously being led on he got the job! But no response we even emailed the same guy from the agency who was so adamant about the role he didn’t even bother responding or letting us know why we had not been called worst company ever lead you on to say you have the job to last minute not responding on a start date nothing!!! Absolute time wasters!!

Simple, helpful and honest.

The initial recruitment process was positive. I received a call, attended a warehouse walkaround, and was then invited to an induction.
Unfortunately, communication after that point has been very poor. I have contacted the company multiple times (around four or five attempts) regarding my induction and have received no response. Being ignored when trying to get information about a job opportunity is frustrating and unprofessional.
The recruitment process started well, but the lack of communication has left me disappointed. Hopefully this is something the company can improve for future applicants.

Got sent home mid shift with another 4 fellas from the agency. We were told they had overbooked us and the client didn't want us. No more shifts were offered. Never had such terrible experience with any other agency.

Karen at CTRG was professional, had fantastic interpersonal skills and made the process of transitioning back into work seamless.

I attended an interview with CTRG at the Tesco CFC warehouse in Aylesford and had a very disappointing experience. During the interview, I was asked in a condescending manner whether I was “sure I wanted the job,” which I found extremely rude and inappropriate — especially as I was the only female in a group of eight men, none of whom were asked the same question.

After the warehouse tour, the entire group was told we would be contacted later that day to let us know whether or not we had been successful. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I never received any response. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and discouraging.

CTRG have been very kind and helpful in my job applications, they know I need work and they helped and I am very grateful 🙏🏿

Avoid this "Agency" like the plague.

Received an SMS about about an interview to which I replied to the attached email. During the phone call the guy was sneezing down the phone to say I had an interview only for it to be a lie and in fact an induction where nobody was prepared. Very unprofessional and instead of being phoned or emailed about training the following week they message me on a random phone number with poor english so I had no idea if it was a scammer or legit representative costing me the job.

I'm going to report as you lot should be ashamed of yourselves for outright lying about interviews saying I completed one when I didn't and wasting people's time!

Tesco Aylesford DC - The communication works if it's convenient for them. I've asked if i can work in an "easier area" as I've been having issues with my back, I've been told that i shouldn't come in if I'm sick. Everyone is advised to come in earlier than the normal start of their shift and work to improve their performance - basically free labour, and they encourage that... Also left almost a month and I'm still waiting for the last payment, even though I've chased them every week for it

Easy application staff was brilliant

It was very positive approach and quick response for application and they have given good support also.

Bad experience.
The payrate was different from what was discussed and can t reach them on the phone.Missing money from invoice,dodgy place to work,i don t recommend them.
