This shop has the advantage of offering a wide choice of large-size, good-quality ihrams for bigger men like me who want to perform their Umrah. And delivery to France was much faster than announced.
Nice online shop. Communication was a bit difficult when I needed to return an item not described accurately and get my refund. Eventually was sorted out after reminders.

Good quality but width around ankle too small!
The foot size of the product was great but I was unable to zip up the wudhu socks 😕

No Item, No Communication, Impossible to Get a Refund!
I placed an order two weeks ago, and it has still not arrived.
What makes this experience completely unacceptable is the total lack of customer service. I have reached out multiple times via email and direct messages, and I have received zero response.
Because nobody is replying and there is no tracking update, I cannot even initiate a refund or cancellation process through their site. It feels like they have just taken my money and vanished into thin air.
Extremely disappointed with this level of service. Save yourself the stress and money—do not order from this company.

Item hasn’t arrived
Item still hasn’t arrived two weeks after ordering. According to the tracking it still hasn’t even been dropped off. I have rung and emailed and received absolutely no response. Truly abysmal service.

Frame arrived completely shattered despite very expensive shipping
Extremely disappointing experience.
I paid around €20 for shipping alone, excluding customs duties and import taxes, only to receive a glass frame with the glass completely shattered inside the parcel.
I could already hear broken glass moving around as I started opening the package. For an international shipment containing a glass frame, the protection was clearly nowhere near sufficient.
Charging this much for delivery and then sending a fragile glass item without packaging capable of protecting it in transit is unacceptable.
I now expect a replacement to be sent at no additional cost, with proper reinforced protective packaging, and obviously without being charged shipping again.
Very poor experience for what should have been a straightforward order.

Ordered 3 weeks ago to be told the 100ml bottle was out of stock so x2 50mls would be sent out! Then waited another week for delivery to see it had been delivered to a different address and they’ve obviously pinched it as they said it’s not there! Called n emailed the customer no with no response at all, totally unprofessional service stay clear!
