I placed an order two weeks ago, and it has still not arrived. What makes this experience completely unacceptable is the total lack of customer service. I have reached out multiple times via email... Voir plus

This shop has the advantage of offering a wide choice of large-size, good-quality ihrams for bigger men like me who want to perform their Umrah. And delivery to France was much faster than announced.
Nice online shop. Communication was a bit difficult when I needed to return an item not described accurately and get my refund. Eventually was sorted out after reminders.
Got the bamboo ihram for Hajj, wjich were comfortable but also environmentally friendly and sustainable which is super important for Hajj. The website was easy to use. The prices are competitive and t... Voir plus

Good quality ihram with correct length…
Good quality ihram with correct length as mentioned on the website.
Just wish that the shipping would be free but it isn't. Otherwise was good quality product. It would be ideal if they stock XXL ihram as well which are slightly linger than XL ihrams.

My order hasn't arrived yet
My order hasn't arrived yet, but I received a call on December 25th from the store checking if I still wanted it since it was sent back undelivered. They confirmed my address and promised to resend it. I'm optimistic it will come soon, even with the bank holiday causing delays. While the experience has been a bit frustrating so far, I'm hopeful for a positive resolution.

I bought a prayer hat
I bought a prayer hat. It took a little time to come. That being said, it’s a nice quality garment and I shall find it very useful when I pray.

Not yet received my order
Not yet received my order - received a telephone call on 25/12 asking if I still wanted my order as it had been returned undelivered- Islamic shop rechecked my address and said they would re send - hoping my order is still going to arrive and current delays due to bank holiday- but very disappointing experience to date

I initially purchased five prayer mats…
I initially purchased five prayer mats and had a smooth experience with no problems. Encouraged by this, our community group decided to order and pay for 25 mats. Unfortunately, this larger order never arrived, and I've been unable to reach anyone through phone, email, or webchat. It's been quite stressful and disheartening. At this point, my only option seems to be to address the issue with my bank.

order not received and no communication
I ordered 5 prayer mats and received these with no issue. As part of a community group we then ordered and paid for 25 more. These have not arrived and I cannot get any response from phone, email or webchat. I am at my wits end and so disappointed. The only thing i can now do is raise it with my bank.
