I would give 0 stars but you won’t let me review if I don’t give 1. I am in the US and I placed an order in early May for $77.00 USD and I have yet to see that order I have emailed them 5x even sent screen shots of my order and receipt when the sent me back 1 email asking which web site I ordered from. Seriously??? Do Not order from them they are Scam Artists!!!!

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! DO NOT order from here. If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order a month ago and I have NOT received it. They take your money and don’t send your order. I’ve tried to contact them via email and Instagram but nothing. Don’t fall for this SCAM!!!!

Waiting 3 weeks for a package to be despatched that I had paid for 24 hour Royal Mail tracked delivery, a few days later I am notified by RM they have a package that does not have enough postage, sure enough it is from Chamoyguys, after contacting them they tell me they are disputing with RM (?!?!) I ask at this point can they just pay it or send a replacement, no reply for a few days then say it is paid (this is a week ago), I can clearly see as I have the parcel saved in the app to track it no payment has been made, at this point I have done a chargeback with my card company and given up emailing as the last few have not been replied to.
Absolute joke of a company, really simple to resolve, replace or pay the fee, or, shockingly, just send what was paid for, when it was paid for, how it was paid for. Avoid this place like the plague, such a headache.

If I could give zero I would. I received dispatch confirmation but the Royal Mail tracking ref showed my parcel was never received by Royal Mail. After several emails over two weeks Chamoy guys advised they had resent my order, I never received any dispatch confirmation or tracking ref for this, again I sent several emails to query and they wouldn’t give me confirmation of the dispatch date or tracking ref. After over 3 weeks since I placed my order I requested a refund and then I received Royal Mail tracking ref that evening to show my parcel was finally dispatched and received by Royal Mail. When my parcel arrived there were items missing with a note that a refund for the missing items had been requested (no explanation I.e. no stock etc provided) it’s been almost another week and I still haven’t received my refund. Absolute joke of a business and appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I’m pissed £55 on a order it will be a week tomorrow I’ve ordered it no reply from emails no tracking number nothing but they have time to post on social media promoting but cannot reply to customer emails ridiculous horrible service never buy from these people

I placed an order but accidently put wrong address asked a few times to cancel which they did not get back to me and the only way u can contact them is by email. This is a really bad company with no customer service they are theives please do not buy from this company.

Great....if you're okay with out of date sweets!!

My friend placed me an order with this company, so this is a third party experience but it is a VERY bad one. She ordered me my sweets around the middle of December. When I finally came to open them a few days before Christmas, I eagerly opened the Bounty Crispy Rolls, but when I bit into them they were not crispy at all - and upon looking at the box I found out why - "Best Before 10 11 2025". "Only a few weeks out though, eh! Hardly the point, is it!! And due to the type of sweet this is they degrade faster than others.
Inside my box, amongst the environmentally unfriendly polystyrene curls (of which there weren't even a sufficient amount to protect anything inside the box ANYway) was a little blue leaflet that says "Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Please leave a review". Entirely happy to do this chaps - although I would suggest selling people out of date sweets is going to mean you remain a small business for a very long time!

Avoid

Placed order on 5th Nov for a pickle kit. I was sent the wrong order. The kit came with missing items. I then proceeded to email the company to rectify this and didnt get a reply for a few days. I was then promised a new kit on the 9th of November. Never heard back until I followed it up today and now theyre trying to say they apologise for the "unclear communication " but they will only send out missing items or if I place ANOTHER order they can add missing items? Why would I want to place an another order when you wont rectify this order? Customer service is shoddy taking days to reply. Pickle kits are over priced and they dont do anything to rectify issues with orders (check others feedback) please dont waste your time or money.

Update. After 2 WHOLE WEEKS they decided to refund me for their abysmal mess up... but only partially refunded.

Scam company!

Money Paid but nothing received

Placed an order on Sunday and have followed up with 2 emails.
No items have been dispatched, no response to my mails.
Scam or just useless service ??

Update - items received. Simply very poor service. Still no response to any of my mails. Paid for 24HR mail, waiting 5 days is not acceptable.

Scam, i ordered on 12th September, it’s still not arrived, but chamoyguys sent me an email to see how my delivery was I emailed back and said it’s not arrived they didn’t reply back.
