We started using chapel dental about 2 years ago they are professional happy kind staff the dentist’s themselves are incredible my daughter is on the spectrum and not great with the dentist but from the moment she walked in they have won her trust and this is down to there kind and friendly manner they talk her through every step of the appointment and try to make a boring appointment fun and stress free

Not customer friendly.bad atmosphere.dentist very unfriendly had bad attitude.had to wait 45 minutes no warning about long wait was supposed to be emergency.reception very poor.avoid.

Cyrus is a great dentist, his approach is totally professional,explanations clear, concise, not rushed clinically for chair time. A great addition to Chapel Dental team.

The service I received recently was faultless, reception staff are always helpful when you ring. My new dentist Cyrus is so good, and makes you feel so much at ease and explains everything clearly. I feel lucky to have him.

Another fantastic experience with Chapel Dental today. I first had an appointment at the Camborne practice for X-rays etc., and then the wonderful Lorraine kindly arranged for me to be seen later the same day at the Penzance practice. It was lovely to see Steve and Bridget again too.

I honestly cannot rate this practice highly enough. The reception staff, hygienists and dentists are all exceptional , caring, professional and always willing to help. I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Now I’m just hoping the “popcorn stuck between the teeth” sensation eases soon haha! Thank you to everyone x

My son had to have 2 Adult teeth removed and I cannot stress enough how incredible both the dentist and the dental nurse were. My son was very anxious and emotional and they calmed him down and spent time making sure he was relaxed and breathing well. They treated him with such kindness and respect and I'm so so grateful to them both. We are ready for round two next week and both feeling a lot less nervous about it knowing we are going to be looked after so well. Thank you.

I needed implants and afonso gave me a fantastic smile back I couldn't recommend anyone higher than him for a big operation I felt pain free and at ease and couldn't thank him enough 10/10

I broke a tooth eating my lunch and it left a sharp jagged edge. This was on a Friday so when I rang Chapel Dental in Wilbraham, I thought the very earliest they would be able to see me would be on Monday.
I was delighted when the friendly receptionist said if I could get there by 4pm they would see me. Of course I said yes and was seen by Fabio. He assessed the damage, did some work and filled the tooth there and then.

After not seeing a dentist for many years I was a nervous wreck when I eventually was able to attend this practice.
But Maria showed me so much compassion, calmed me down and was so lovely.
I felt completely at ease and maria talked me through every stage of what needed doing.
I will not be afraid or so nervous.in the future.

Dental Hygienist Appointment

The staff were friendly and helpful. Most importantly is the hygienist, as always he did a very good, and with such kindness and care for my wellbeing.

Chapel dental staff are very friendly and helpful, I have been going here for a few years now.
Afonso was my nhs dentist but when he went private, i went private to as i did not want to lose him.
I cannot praise Afonso enough he is so caring and informative, a great dentist! 😊

Afonso & all the team at Chapel Dental always put me at ease with a genuine warm & friendly atmosphere whilst still being professional & all my dental work has been excellent & undertaken with care.

I've been with my dentist here for years, and have absolute faith in him, notwithstanding my fear of treatment due to a brutal experience having my wisdom teeth removed in my teens. The practice is clean, extremely well-run, with an outstanding level of professionalism shown by every member of staff. Afonso really cares about his patients, and it shows in his kindness and empathy.

I am not the most confident of going to Dentist after an unpleasant experience years ago and now I am very nervous, however since I have been under Zsuzsanna Kortvelyesi although still very nervous she has been really patient with me and makes my experience of dentist a bit more bearable and I am able to go to all my check ups I had a tooth filled in last appointment and I was a bit more relaxed.
The receptionists are always friendly and responsive.

I’ve been with Chapel Dentist for quite a few years now and I can honestly say that I have always been welcomed and had the treatment, if needed, done without any issues. I had to go yesterday for a broken tooth and it was repaired straightaway. Thank you to all.

After moving to the area in October 2024 we joined Chapel Dental and have received excellent treatment from day one.
My recent visit was for a slight adjustment to a new filling done 7 days earlier .
When I telephoned to request an adjustment I received a same day appointment and the matter was resolved very quickly

I visited Chapel Dental on Wednesday for a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff were welcoming as usual and the surgery always spotlessly clean. The dentist and assistant were superb and had a very kind approach. I feel the extraction was professionally handled and helpful advice is given regarding after care. It’s a wonderful practice and I’m so happy I found them.

Maria and Leah were amazing. I first visited about a month ago after more than 30 years of being extremely nervous about going to the dentist and having not been for nearly 10 years. Today I’ve just finished my second treatment, and I left feeling completely relaxed and comfortable throughout my visits — something I honestly never believed would be possible.
