I can't recommend Georgina at Charles & Dean highly enough.
From start to finish, Georgina was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She was always quick to answer questions, kept me updated at every stage, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication was excellent throughout. I always felt confident that everything was in hand, and her dedication and attention to detail really stood out.
If you're looking for a broker who genuinely cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to get the best outcome, I would recommend Georgina in a heartbeat.

Tim was excellent
Tim was excellent, very communicative and when I needed to stall he was respectful…after stalling I decided to move forwards and the money arrived in my account within days…excellent service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The whole process was quick, easy and completely stress-free. The team were really helpful, kept me updated throughout, and got everything sorted much faster than I expected.
The finance rates were very competitive, and there was no pressure or unnecessary hassle. Everything was explained clearly, making the whole experience straightforward and easy to understand.
