Still get cold calls regarding finance for expansion... Touched base early Feb, one meeting with David, expressed we were interested and told we could work together, left in the dark ever since back end of Feb. - info was sent in by end of February, now into late April with no further requests/comms after reaching out and also calling. - If it's not the right info, it needs to be communicated to the customer whats required as other lenders have had no issues, radio silence is frustrating when your expanding. We have had offers since from other lenders and have moved with someone else. Don't leave reviews often but the problem here is that if we were smaller, and assumed these guys would pull through, we would have all our cards waiting for, well, nothing, and this costs time and money for smaller firms for instance. It could prove damaging so felt it necessary to put this up. Closure, if somethings off the table, its a professional courtesy. Secondly, updates help and influences choices made internally outside of deals getting over the line. The fact I got a call yesterday from the same company asking if I need funding, and prior to that 3 weeks ago, is frustrating to say the least. Not a good service.

Only reason for maybe leaning towards a 4.9 is that I almost went with someone else over the weekend and seemed a little too relaxed/ not bothered if I went with them, In some ways that is good as it shows they are not pushy sales people but as a customer don’t be afraid to ask them for options and get them to engage. Great value and will be using them for any future car deals and recommending them.
