Outstanding Service from Claudia Humberstone!
I can’t recommend Claudia at Charles & Dean Finance Brokers highly enough. Her customer service is genuinely outstanding — she’s always available on WhatsApp and replies almost instantly to any questions, enquiries, or requests for updates.
She has arranged third-party finance for me on a BMW M2 I was buying from a main dealer, and made the whole process seamless. She liaised directly with the dealer, chased them for updates on my behalf, and kept me posted with regular calls — so I didn’t have to push or chase anyone myself. Charles & Dean were and always have been for me, the cheapest brokers, getting me the best finance!
This is now the third car she’s helped me finance, and each time has been just as smooth. I’ll keep using Claudia for every car purchase going forward and recommend her to everyone I know. She’s a real asset to Charles & Dean and deserves proper recognition for the level of service she consistently provides.

Really smooth experience dealing with Jac who helped us to secure our financing recently. We were kept informed every step of the way and Jac patiently helped us to evaluate lots of different options for us to make sure we got the right result for our business.
