Great to work with. Loved our rental!

The beachfront location of the house was great, but we were disappointed by the lack of amenities. There was no hose to wash our feet and prevent sand from being tracked in. There were no cushions for the chairs on the decks, and the TVs were quite small and outdated. With minor appointments being added, this could be a nice house.

Great Condo!! Everything was brand new! You could tell it had just been totally remodeled. Everything was brand new pots and pans, carpet, cabinets, and bathrooms. Beautiful view, very clean! Pool area and play ground were clean/nice, for the Spring it would have been nice if the pool was heated. The condo was well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. There is a nice community deck near the beach. This condo is perfect!!

My visit to Dewees Island was even better than I'd expected. It's a beautiful island and my accommodations were comfortable and clean. The information provided was helpful, and the team responded promptly to all questions and requests.

After hours check in was a breeze. The house was clean and well stocked and we didn't have problems. One bed was creaky b/c it sat on boards instead of a boxspring, but that was our only complaint and we'd still stay there again despite it.

All of my interactions with the staff were great. They responded quickly and were very helpful and nice. House was in a great location, very close to the beach. Loved that there was a back yard for the kids with a little dock into the marsh. Back deck was large and picnic tables were great. House is nice on the inside. Just a few things that needed fixing and could use new beds in one of the rooms. But didn’t hinder us from having a great trip.

The house we stayed in was beautiful and perfect for our sister reunion. Charleston Coast Vacations made everything easy for us!

The rental of the property was easy and we found dealing with the company very easy. The property could use some updating and maintenance, but the view was fantastic!

We had a great time on our vacation to Folly Beach! The rental was exactly what was advertised, clean and newly remodeled. We loved the access to the beach and spent a lot of time hunting for seashells. Definitely would recommend and would love to book again!

Wonderful accommodations. Everything was clean and well kept. The balcony had a full view of the beach and was large enough to enjoy sitting out for the sunset. I would gladly stay in this condo again.

Easy check-in. No worries all week. Wonderful experience. I chose a pet-friendly place and was surprised how clean it was. I won't do that again, because taking the dogs with me turned out to be too much work. But the house was great.

Very responsive with accommodation to requests and very efficient with clear communications.

The location, the view and the accommodations were wonderful with this unit, Couples at Cabana Blue. We did experience some issues though that affected our review.
The first night we arrived we killed two "Palmetto Bugs", which is a fancy name for roaches. I reached out to management right away to let them know and requested pest control. I reached out again the next morning with no response either time.
On the third day, we went in person to report it to the office and were assured that they would send out pest control. It was at that time that we asked if there was a laundromat nearby and learned that the unit had a washer/dryer downstairs for us to use. No mention was made of this on any of the documents we were provided at check-in or in the unit itself. It would be good for mgmt to provide that info at check-in.
Parking for this unit is a little inconvenient when raining, as it's not under cover and you have to maneuver your bags around the cars in the carport for the other units, and then up the stairs.
On the last morning we were there (Day 6), we killed a 4th roach - no pest control was ever sent. Quite disappointing.
Other than that, the unit was amazing.
