OUR RECENT VACATION WAS SHORTENED BY FLORENCE, BUT STAYING AT SANDY BOTTOMS WAS TERRIFIC!!! THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL, CLOSE TO BEACH, CLOSED TO TOWN, AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MY FAMILY. HOUSE WAS KEPT IMMACULATE INSIDE AND OUT AND WE CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT SUMMER.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely condo. Would stay again.

Great place for families. There were plenty of spots for teens and adults to have alone time. And plenty of space for together time. Loved it and would recommend it for anyone.

Very easy to navigate. No hiccups and the place was GREAT. We enjoyed every minute!!

The beach in front of the house we had reserved was closed due to the sand reclamation project. The staff was more than helpful in substituting another house that was on a part of the beach that had already been refurbished. We had a fabulous stay and we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff - especially Becca and Brad!

We LOVE Folly Beach and Charleston Coast Vacations! They make the whole rental experience so easy and so pleasant. Everyone is helpful and friendly! We have been there for the past 2 years and will definitely be there again next summer. Can't wait.....

The unit we rented was clean and absolutely perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Folly Beach. The property was very nice, comfortable and well stocked. We had easy access to the beach
and pool. We were able to walk to several restaurants for dinner which was enjoyable and convenient. We plan to return.

Very nice. No complaints. Unit was very clean and everything worked. I have stayed in other units in this complex, and, a time or two, they were not very clean and one had roaches. but not this unit. I would recommend it to others.

This is the second time we have stay at Sandy Bottoms. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. TV's in every bedroom. Back deck was so relaxing and we enjoyed eating dinner out on the screened in deck. Ocean passageway is just across the street, so convenient. There are a lot of steps to get to first floor, but well worth it. Would return again.

Had a great overall experience working with CCV. Their agents were very pleasant and helpful and their communication from booking to check-in to check-out was very easy and helpful. Will definitely use again.

The company was very accomodating. While we had no issues the contract phrasing was to the companies advantage not the customers. I only signed the contract after speaking to a manager and receiving an email from her addressing my reservation to my comfort.

Best vacation ever. The home was beyond perfect. From the first step to reserve our house til we left, everything was so easy. I would give this property 100 stars if I could.

The condo was beautiful, clean, great location. The check in process was easy. Loved that we did not have to worry about linens. They truly made everything easy for us. My only wish would have been to check in a little earlier.

Outstanding place to stay. No surprises, which is very important to me when renting a place. The view could not be beat.
