the house was NOT clean and was not maintained very well.

1. floors and table tops were sticky and dusty
2. sliders and windows were smudgey
3. not enough towels and hand towels
4 multiple lights were burned out, especially in the toilet, where you had to go in complete darkness
5. the screened in porch did not work, many bugs were biting our guests
6. the tv's in some bedrooms did not work - no connection to cable
7. the wifi was weak and the comcast router kept resetting itself, many channels would not work because of loose wiring of the cable system to the TV
8. the quality of bedding was just economy - not high end
9. all utensils were low-end, all knives were dull, only one tiny cutting board, no platters for serving, only one sponge, just a utility kitchen all around

For $1100 a night, this property left much to be desired and was a disappointment. The house itself and location was very nice, but whoever is managing it is showing a complete lack of care and attention to detail. We would consider renting there again next year, but not with the same level of cleanliness and detail.

Wonderful oceanfront property. Large enough for extended family yet intimate for couples, the home is well equipped with everything one needs for time at the beach.

Very good experience all around From making my reservation to the time we were checked in. We had a couple of problems with the new key less entry on the doors and they took care of it ASAP. Left me extra towels because we had extra needs because of a big group. The condos were clean and excellent condition. Can’t wait to come back to Folly and rent again.

The condo is beautiful and nicely furnished. The rooms are large. The location is ideal for beach and walking to shops. The only negative was housekeeping needs to clean floors better. There was a lot of sand and dust on the floors.

Emily Watson at Dunes properties was terrific to work with. She made the arrangements for our stay seemless. The property was perfect for our family and we had a great stay.

Had everything we could have wanted or needed, really loved the ice maker and had plenty of dishes and cookware

PERFECT location. It was quite and close to the beach and the house was clean and spacious. We will be staying again.

We love Folly Beach and will definitely book again with Charleston Coast Vacations. We were a large group with two houses. They both were beautiful and filled with all the amenities we could want.

The house was a complete wreck. None of the outside lights worked, we found dirty clothes under the couch and bed. The drywall was cracked in the master bedroom. All of the ac vents had rust and constantly leaked water. The toilets all ran, and we had to manually fix them with every use. The grass in the yard was not cut, and dog feces were throughout the yard when we arrived.

For my 50th birthday,I gathered some of my gal pals,my kids,my Aunt and my Mom and we decided to head to a special spot near Charleston.We jumped on the ferry with excitement,and all of our stress just left.I was thrilled to watch my kids look for dolphins and birds,and just wave at the different sailboats.The staff was of course very friendly and helpful.We landed and found our two golf carts waiting for us.My guest we're floored and stunned by the unreal "tree house" as they called it.The art work just spoke to my soul.The adventure of the alligators,all the birds,snakes,turtles etc.would take weeks to discover.The peace and quiet and the best night sleep of my life happened here.I can't say enough about the beach,and the many treasures to be found,especially because there is only maybe one other family on the entire beach with you! Family time and catching up with wonderful friends made this 50th magical for me! Thank you to the staff at Dunes Reality,Emily and Jess

We stayed with a group of friends for a birthday and the house and location were absolutely fantastic. The entire process of checking in and out was extremely easy. Would highly recommend.

there needs to a a broom and dust pan placed in this unit instead of usining the vacuum cleaner to clean the kitchen floor.

Our big family had a wonderful time at Folly Beach and 3 Weathers. Everything was great. And, any questions, etc. Dunes Properties reps were so helpful, pleasant and professional. College of Charleston graduation is not to be missed. Beautiful.

We have used Dunes Properties for many years and have always enjoyed our reservation and visit experiences very much. The staff at Dunes Properties are professional, pleasant and responsive to our vacation needs. The house we rent is a dream!

Everything was great! The house was beautiful and as promised. There were opportunities with the beach restoration and our first house, but they were so accommodating in the options provided to us and helped us find a house that fit our needs - and it was actually in a better location and a better price - although a little smaller than the original house, it was well worth it. We had a small maintenance issue with a toilet and they were apologetic and fixed it right away while we were at the beach. I would definitely use Charleston Coast and stay at the Sea Turtle again!

Have spent time at Folly Beach twice this year already. Charleston Coast vacations is the best. Great people to work with- willing to fix any issue that comes up.

House was dirty and almost everything was broken or needed replacing. Sofa and bed were shot..needed replacing. No lock on back door...anyone could walk in at any time. So much liability for owner and leasing company.

Condo was perfect. Assistance provided to our party was top notch and very helpful. The staff was very personable and communicative.

We really enjoyed are stay at the Pretty in Pink beach house and we live near the beach in California. Very cool place!

Everything was great - house was clean and just as advertised. The folks at Dunes were responsive and helpful and did everything possible to get us into the house early. We all enjoyed our extended weekend on Folly and hope to rent from you again. Far superior compared to the other Mgmt company across the street :)
