Customer service was responsive when, after taking weeks for my order to arrive, it said it was delivered and wasn't. The company replaced the order and shipped it again. I received the items yesterday, 7 weeks after my initial order, and the rings are most certainly not handmade, and they are very low quality. Obviously I should've known from the price. I got the hug ring, which has comically tiny hands, and they're both facing the same direction... two right hands. It's a joke! It's definitely not sterling silver, and not hand-made. I also got the silver ring with gold bands, and it's not a thin gold band wrapped around the ring as it is in the picture, but lines that appear PAINTED on. This is not an artist with a company. These pieces are mass-produced by a machine and are very low quality. Just another internet DUPE.

This online company goes under two names ..Charlotte Grace, and Amanda Oliver, with photos that are clearly aimed to build trust in shop front and female owner and daughter of these companies. But the "jewellery" is cheap stuff, not what is advertised AT ALL. The stuff arrived, with tracking emails to support its arrival, but the poor quality means that I paid much more for the stuff than was legitimate. Be warned! Steer clear of both these companies, altho" I suspect they will appear under new names in the future, as these reviews hit the mark.

Items and metals weren't anything like their pictures or description. Do not buy from this company. Scam company.

Do not purchase! They are NOT what you see on their page. My vintage ring is not so vintage, but instead a bright yellow shiny ring with the antiquing. The jade colour necklace is also not vintage. It is so bright I look like I am supporting the Olympic games "green and gold". Disappointed as this was my birthday present from my Dad.

I purchased some items and not realizing it, but I purchased double the same earrings and a ring that was too small for me. I have reached out to customer service and they said I could pay for the return myself or I could keep the items and they would give me 100% of what I want to return in credit. I have reached out multiple times to get a code number for the credit, but they just ignore me. They have poor customer service support. Don't purchase from them if you think you might have to return something. It is not worth it. I made my purchase beginning of October and it is now Middle of November and they still won't respond to my requests for a coupon code for free stuff.

DO NOT buy from this rip off company. It is cheap rubbish, a complete scan and they do not respond to any requests for either missing items or refunds.
They should be closed down. Appalling waste of money.Avoid at all costs.

I received my shipment late. And when I did, the packaging was not special at all. The quality of the materials is sub-par. I am waiting for the company to advise how to return.

The ring that I ordered is not the ring I received and was very disappointed with the quality of material.

All jewellery arrived and it’s ‘nice’, but 24 rings all thrown in a bag, as were 12 pairs of earrings, not in their own pouch but all mixed together. It’s ‘tinny’ cheap costume jewellery - with a pair of earrings broken and I accept that accidents happen, but NO response from company to my requests to return the broken earrings. Another pair of earrings missing posts. Very frustrating.

The rings I bought are cheaply made and look even cheaper. AND They are smaller in size than I requested making them play jewelry for my 9 year old granddaughter. The earrings are trash- plastic painted to look like "gold" and so cheaply made they fell apart in my hands upon inspection. I cant remember the exact date because my order was late being delivered anyway. I understand why you are out of business.

This jewelry quality is horrible. I would like to return it. Please send instructions.

I am very unhappy with my purchase and jewelry from this business.

Not only is it CLEARLY not handmade as promised and promoted, it doesn’t even match the pictures! I am disappointed and honestly downright offended that I was lied to in many ways.

I want a full refund of my money and to send the jewelry back. When I make a purchase I expect it to be exactly what is in the picture of what I am buying. That seems very unprofessional, illegal and downright against what a company like the better business bureau would condone. I believe it’s considered misconduct of sales.

The rings came through looking very nice , not hollow feeling. So I am one to test the product, because the site says jewelry will not tarnish, so I kept mine on when I took my bath, and after a week of that the rings started to tarnish, and my fingers were itchy. So not happy with that

I love all the jewelry I have bought. The pictures shown of the jewelry are beautiful...seeing the jewelry in person the pictures don't show them justice. Absolutely beautiful.
The experience I had had with the company has been great, Customer friendly and professional.
