Very disappointed in the quality of the product, nothing like the pictured or described product. The earrings that was suppose to match the earrings were flat printed material not the stone pictured in the display! Plus the first shipment was confiscated by postal officials for improper postage. I finally got my order 2 1/2 months later.

Delivered in a timely manner, beautiful design of the ring, but I didn’t even put it on for 10 days and the band is already turning from gold to silver???

Ordered two of the ‘vintage silver cubic beads bracelets’ I was so disappointed with the bracelets. Doesn’t look like the picture at all. The bracelets were elastic, and so cheap looking. What I thought I was getting had a clasp and looked more like silver than what I received. Going to send back and get my money back.

After 4 days of wearing my ring the finish was wearing off, and my finger was turning green. I thought I was getting a pure silver ring. I was very disappointed when the gold on top was just painted and not gold threads. The earrings were fine. The product fell way below my expectations.

Your company is a completely fraudulent company. Your product is neither manufactured nor shipped inside the USA as you claim. The silver and blue earrings I ordered were gold and blue and twice as long as I envisioned when the arrived. The stack ring was nothing like you advertised. It was complete junk. You couldn’t even put it on your finger and wear it because it dug into my other fingers. The middle ring was a joke. I initially intended to keep the bracelet and sunshine bracelet, but upon further inspection, the bird “jewelry” is a necklace” and you can’t tell what the other bracelet is. Complete junk. Complete scam.

The rings look like costume jewelry. Also, I’ve tried making contact with the company so I can return my purchase but no one will respond. Very unhappy!

They have a nice variety. Very slow getting it. When I asked for help I did get a reply and the order was lost , so the company did resend my order for free . This was about 45 days later. I liked the jewelry.

I have had my rings for a couple of weeks and the silver is wearing off already.

At first I thought it was a scam, now I have a bad feeling about their customer service and the quality of their jewelry. Returning my order.

The jewelry I received was nothing more than inexpensive costume jewelry. You get what you pay for. I am in the process of trying to return 2 pair of earrings since the snap bar closures were not working properly. Would not buy from them again. Definitely not as portrayed in their ad.

Most of the pieces I received did not look like what was on the website. The 2 rings I ordered were dull silver with dull gold. In other words, they were not shinny. What I received was shinny silver. The gold on one of the rings, you could barely see it. Again, not at all what I ordered. If I could return it I would. One of the gold chains doesn’t even look like gold. It has a pink hue to it. I would not recommend this company.

The company advertised the rings as tarnish free, not ture. Within 2.weeks of wearing one set of rings they have tranished. Also within the 2nd week the stone fell out of the another ring. Not happy I contacted company,.they advised me to send a photo. At this point I want a full refund!

Actually was quite surprised! After ordering I read many negative remarks. I would say the only issue was quality of products but most of the rings I got and necklaces were as advertised. The gold is a bit more orangey and it's not 925 Sterling silver but all very cute. It came not too late and was very nicely boxed with a card message.

The Ring did not look like in the picture. I am disappointed on how little they are, I wanted to give it to my daughters as a sign that it was a hug from me.

Cheap. Same items on Temu. Can't return because sale or clearance items are nonrefundable. Shameless the way your company takes advantage of people.

Merchandise was not as described on website. The heart bracelets and the ring are cheaply made. Very disappointing 😞
