Charlotte was extremely helpful and accommodating. Beautiful item.

Very professional to deal with and beautiful inventory

Purchased an antique Edwardian cluster ring. Received email confirmation and message stating shipment timeline more or less immediately. International shipment (UK->US) was received quickly thereafter. Goods as described.

Charlotte was wonderful in answering any questions we had. The ring is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Charlotte answered all my questions and was extremely helpful with additional photos/videos when I was still shopping. Once I purchased, there was a bit of a holdup with US customs, but she was highly responsive to all the gov't requests and helped me get my ring as soon as could be done.

My ring is absolutely beautiful! It was shipped within 24 hours. I love it and will purchase from Charlotte again!! Thank you!
