4 months after ordering there is still no tracking.
I have asked them in two different emails, to cancel my order - which they tell me they can’t do.

Suspicion is definitively that this company is a scam, and it is so uncomfortable that they have my information.

Don’t order.

Would it be possible to give 0 stars? Scam!! Stay away!! Thea have been saying my order is prosessing ( since march) and now there is no way to reach them.. They have earned their money now and on to the next business fraud.. !

Never got my order, nor my money back. I have emailed them about 5 times, four of which they said my order has been processed and is just being packaged and it is in expedited shipping. For the fifth email I told them to cancel my order and refund me, which they refused and they sent me badly wrote, probably AI generated automatic responses instead of helping me. What a scam.

Placed an order in March, and despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, the only response has been that the order is still being processed. Refund requests have been denied on the grounds that the order is "processed," and requests for a tracking number have gone unanswered.
This appears to be a complete scam. Stay away!

If I could review less that 1 star I would!! I ordered start of Feb - £60 worth of charms... it is now 3rd June and no order, like everyone else, I have been told I can't get a refund as the order is in progress. Now instead of replying to my emails they are sending my emails back to me.

Ordered 25 of February, several emails later, they won't refund and keep saying the order is being processed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered apr 22nd, and today's date is may 20th... Status states preparing shipment.
Sent an email may 9th to their email address advised and no reply.

Don't order from them, Save the drama.

Update: 11/06 Still not received, no refund, no replies. Also interestingly my bank detected fraud for a small amount in the US, a few months later. Same location as this business.

4 weeks after ordering and no shipment yet. Customer service just keeps stalling. Just don't order from them, seems to be a scam!!

i ask for cancelleation of my order, since it has been several weeks since ordering and no shipment message.
Then they blocked mye email adress!!
