BELIEVE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I ordered what should have been a beautiful rug from Charming Favor, but what I received was a polyester replica of the rug, NOT the actual rug shown in the image! I paid $168 for the rug, and for that price, I expected something thin, yes. But this wasn't just thin. It wasn't even a braided rug: it was a polyester nightmare with the same print. ALSO, I noticed that there are no real customer reviews on the site. They simply lump all "27,000" happy customer reviews at the bottom of their page, but it's all fake, and you can't actually read or see reviews. The reason why is because NO ONE would actually positively review any of the garbage they're peddling. This should be illegal. There has to be a way to report them and get this site shut DOWN. I have emailed them for a refund, but I don't know if I will hear anything back. I am calling my bank the next business day and REPORTING this fraudulent company. What a shame.
EDITED TO ADD: I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If you've been scammed by this company, please do take 5 minutes to submit a claim to the FTC so that we can get CharmingFavor.com taken down!

If I had only read the reviews before spending 129.00 on what I thought was a beautiful quilt....but I did not. What I thought I ordered was a beautiful 3 dimensional Hummingbird Quilt with beautiful QUILTED detail. What I received was a thin, paperlike, printed piece of trash with squares sewn all over, like a child did the work. The thread was like an extremely thin fishing line. I do not want this trash in my home and would be embarassed to give as a gift. I may just donate to the animal shelter so someone may get use of it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This company is only in business to deceive people. They show endless beautiful quilts and send you dreadful printed versions of what you ordered. When I challenged them they said they use the word ‘printed’ in their copy. OMG. They had no answer when I asked them why they don’t show photographs of the printed nonsense they actually send. Not only is it truly ugly, but they make no attempt to manufacture it to a minimum standard plus it smells like weird dangerous chemicals. It is sitting in my garage waiting for the next time we have a burn day in our outdoor fire pit.

The worst part of this transaction for me was the disappointment that I won’t be sending Christmas gifts to loved ones that I thought they would really love.

This company should be put out of business. They have no honor or integrity. In 20 years of online ordering, I have never seen anything like this.

I thought they were based in NC but to my surprise they are in Hong Kong..took a month to get here & what a JOKE..Nothing like the pictures of a beautiful quilt that I paid $129.90 for..it is just a thin comforter that had fabric softener strips in the package & is stained..I didn't even trust it to be in my home..it is in the garage & I am not sure I am even safe there! I am very disappointed & hopefully I can get my $$ back from my credit card company!!!!! AGAIN..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I have pictures of what I ordered & what I recieved..wish I could post them on here!!!!

I never got my order, their website changed both my shipping and billing address and name!

there was a package was shipped with a tracking number but not to our address and we never received it. I told them they had the wrong address and they ignored me and I was denied a refund even though my package was never received by us. I would never do business with them again! They are not an American company based in the us even though they say they are in their store and website, also shipments from them take 4-6 weeks so impossible to deal with, they are in a foreign country and did not send my blanket to me, I have no idea where my package went but I didn’t get it. I am out the money with no blanket and no recourse.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The photographs of merchandise show gorgeous, thick, three-dimensional, handmade-looking quilts. What you actually RECEIVE is a PHOTOGRAPH of something vaguely similar printed on cheap, thin, shiny, plastic-like material with a strong chemical smell. In my opinion the colossal difference between what you are SHOWN and what you actually GET is very clear bait-and-switch. I hope someone will read this BEFORE ordering.
And while they say they are an American company, merchandise ships from China/Hong Kong.

I purchased a quilt blanket and was really disappointed. It is extremely thin and light weight. Barely any padding. The quilting does not look at all like the photo on the website. It is darker but, more importantly, it is an image of a quilt which is then stitched over in white thread in a regular pattern. The quilt in the website photo does not include that overstitching - so looks like the quilting you will get is the quilting in the picture.
I think the product is worth one fifth of what I paid for it at most.
