The photos show a quilt. I received the equivalent of a moving blanket. The patterns are screenprinted onto the blanket, it’s an awful scam.

I ordered the cactus print runner for an accent piece for my king size bed. It is pictured as a very colorful piece with vibrant colors. It is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly as pictured on their site. I absolutely love it.

poor quality. quilt is super thin does not offer any warmth, very disappointed.

The material itself is dull and not at all as vibrant as the photo.When I expressed dissatisfaction, I needed to return an item and customer service was excellent!

Wish I had read the reviews first. I paid $176 for a quilt that is shockingly thin—almost like paper—and feels nothing like a quality product.

It’s advertised as a polyester/cotton blend, but it feels like almost 100% polyester. If there’s any cotton in it, you definitely can’t tell.

No returns unless the item is damaged, which is frustrating because while mine wasn’t “damaged,” the quality is extremely poor.

Do not purchase from this company. They have beautiful pics of their so called products but when you receive your order it's horrifying. I lost $65 but can guarantee I will never order from them again. Don't make the same mistake I did. It should be illegal for this company to continue doing business.

Several months since ordering & never received the order, although the payment was accepted & processed. Will try to cancel with American Express.

First of all so far, I have ordered a tree skirt from under my Christmas tree, a summer runner to put on my dining room table and a quilted laundry bucket. All of them are beautifully made, and they look just like their picture. I am happy with all of them. I got many compliments on my tree skirt this Christmas and I’ll be putting my table runner up in a few months. I have now also ordered just the other day a throw blanket to put in my family room. I can’t wait to see it. I know it will be as beautiful as my other items all are well-made and beautifully done. I’m very proud to be displaying them in my home. It took about 3 to 4 weeks to get to my Massachusetts home came well wrapped and very secure. I did have a small problem when ordering my last order, but I immediately sent them an email telling him that I had made a mistake and they within a couple of hours sent me back a note saying that they took care of it and everything should be fine so fast customer service don’t get that often.
So if you see something and it looks like something you would like don’t hesitate because the items are all well made and very much like the pictures show. I’m sure you will enjoy whatever item you choose as much as I do.

I ordered the large secret garden rug I'm a mushroom fanatic I don't need them but I think they're beautiful well I received it and I am so overjoyed it is exactly what I hope it would be I promise you I will be buying more items from you and I have told my friends about you they think yourself is beautiful too so we'll be in touch thank you for a wonderful product

Received my sofa covering yesterday and couldn't be happier. It's beautiful! After placing it on the loveseat, my 19 month old granddaughter immediately climbed up with a huge smile! Ordering another one in a larger size. I ordered the Quiet Forrest. Stunning, and appreciate the quality. Will probably order a holiday one too in the future!

The customer service was outstanding as well. Quickly responded with any questions I had. Very friendly and professional. Four stars.

It took forever to recieve the product even though I paid for expedited shipping. The baskets were not hand made. .what a scam!

This company is running a bait and switch fraud. The items I received were not quilted as shown in their photos. They used cheap fabric much different than what is advertised. I sent an email complaint to their customer service and didn’t receive a response. The company isn’t in the U.S. They need to be removed from Facebook! I have disputed their charge on my credit card.

The items are not quilted. I ordered 2 laundry baskets, and they are nothing like the pictures online. They come from China and are mass produced.

2/15/2026 Received my order and very displeased. Sent letter to quiltnest.com and it was undeliverable. Asked to return my order but no response and no website under this name. I'm out $70 with no means for getting a refund.

First of all when tracking my package they said it had been delivered 11 days prior. Once I located the package very disappointed in the priduct. I have to learn to read reviews before making these purchases. As stated it doesnt look anything like a woven product. Very disappointed.

Not quilted at all! Complete misrepresentation of item (laundry basket.) Big disappointment as this was to be a gift that took over a month to receive. Website willowveleco.com. Saw the ad in the New York Times online.

I received my item and it looked NOTHING like the picture. The picture looked like it was quilted but when I got it it was printed on fabric and it was horrible and it cost a fortune. They also will not refund my money. They are a rip off

Unfortunately, I see now that I should not have trusted them. They don’t do refunds or returns and the amount of money that I paid for these two table runners is five times what I should’ve paid. Lesson learned!
PS I’m going to give it away at a gift exchange. We’re supposed to spend $20 on the gift and that’s about what it’s worth if that.

FRAUD! I ordered a Bear "quit" laundry basket and they "INCLUDED" five other items and a tip over 107.21 extra charges AND PAYPAL did NOTHING closed the case of complete fraud..... I am certain I wanted to cover my washer and dryer with supposed heart quilts and pillow and mesh bag.... How do we stop this stuff. I didn't research because my brother said he like it and I was so excited to get him something he wanted for his birthday I just ordered quickly.... NEVER AGAIN and I am ditching PAYPAL there is NO ONE TO TALK TO no phone number at all

Ordered something and got something different. They state that the product might
not match up to 20% of the actual image.
What a scam company. Starting a chargeback
against them and then sending out an email blast to all my customers to stay away from this scam outfit
