I ordered a table runner from Quiltnest and what I received was disappointing. The scene on the table runner was distorted. When I complained and requested a refund, all they would do is deny it and quote their policy. They don't stand behind their products. Don't order anything from them if you think you will get a refund if you are not satisfied. Won't happen. Once they have your money, they don't care any more. They make out that their products are "made to order", which is a lie. It is also not truly quilted. The table runner we received was defective in its appearance, but that doesn't meet their definition of "defective" in their return/refund policy. They don't truly care about their customers.

Absolutely a false advertising. They really should be shut down. I bought what looked like a beautiful 3D quilt and what I received was a really bad print on a piece of fabric. By really bad, I mean it was a Christmas tree skirt with a row of kittens and some of the kittens are so distorted they don’t have faces. Also, the customer service email is a fake email so you cannot actually contact them for a correction. I’ve filed with the BBB.

Wish I had seen this site before I ordered. I ordered the Cat Laundry Basket, The Christmas Pines Pillow, and the 72 in. Christmas Tree Skirt (Cats). All three were not even close to the quilted items shown on the website. All three were screened pictures on polyester cotton, with the same repeated roving stitching pattern (looks computer generated). Nothing like the three-dimensional items with various stitiching patterns shown on the website. In reality, the "stitching" shown around each cat on the website's laundry basket is not real stitching, but part of the screened photograph of the cats. Very one-dimensional. The pictures of the cats on the tree skirt were also blurry, just to make matters worse. Tried to cancel at least the second part of the order, but couldn't due to their 2-hour cancellation policy.

This is a SCAM!!!! They use AI to generate their product images. The actual product is CHEAP material with a printed image made to look like a quilt. It is not a quilt. You will be VERY DISAPPOINTED and they will not refund you. DINT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I deeply regret not researching reviews or looking at this company's refund policy before I ordered. As many here have commented, what I received does not look at all like the quality images on their advertising. It's cheap, shiny and the "quilting" doesn't match the stamped-on design. What a disappointment. And refunds are only offered if the product is damaged, and even then, not at full price. What a waste of $70.

The package arrived and when I opened it, it looked true to the picture. The table runner is very nice. The tracking could be improved by immediately emailing front door delivery pics. (I had to go back and forth with customer service until I was directed to a separate shipping website. )

Cat themed quilt was in no way even close to the quilt advertised. Instead of being hand-sewn with individual colored cats, it was simply a single print with machined stitching. Colors were dull and faded compared to the quilt in their advertisement. Simply a ‘Bait and Switch’ tactic. Poor customer service. I’m filing a chargeback on my credit card and reporting Quilt Nest to the FTC for fraud. They’re a total scam

Do not order from this company. The table runner I received looks NOTHING like the one description shown online. It is cheap and poorly made with very dull fabric. Avoid this company at all cost.

My involvement with this company was very positive. Item came as described. After reading negative reviews, I was concerned that we had been scammed. I wrote to the company at the email address on the website. We received a response the next day, and the item arrived two days later. Everything was good. I have no explanation for the negative reviews that pop up, but our experience was very positive.

I would rate a zero star if I could. This company blatantly misrepresents the quality of their products. I paid $45 for a tree skirt due to the quality shown when ordering, the advertised product shows intricate stitching with raised fabrics creating a 3D like effect, the product I got was obviously very cheaply made, a completely flat product with basic cheap stitching and zero 3D effects. I wouldn’t have paid $10 for this had I known what I was actually getting. I reached out for a refund and it was denied due to their return policy stating there may be up to a 20% variation in quality and even screenshotted that part and sent it with their denial. This is no where close to a 20% variation, more like a 200% variation, a totally different product than what is advertised. They are literally just scamming you and sending an automatic denial on any refunds

Garbage! Partly my fault. I accidentally ordered 2 items instead of 1. Cannot return it. They are also just really trashy and very expensive Just stay away from them!

Facebook ads are clearly AI generated images. Product received is a print on low quality fabric. False advertising, poor quality product, an overseas scam site.

I would leave 0 stars were that an option. The product received bore very little resemblance to what was pictured.
I am pursuing a dispute with my credit card company.

Was not at all quilted, my fault for not researching reviews first. Just printed fabric. Nothing like the photos. Such a shame a company would do this.

I was so thoroughly disappointed in the Christmas tree skirt I ordered. The picture of the Southwest skirt was stunning! I was so excited to get it! What I got was do not what I was expecting, just a poorly printed on pattern, none of the features and embellishments displayed in the online pictures. My own fault for not checking reviews!! Buyer beware!!! ~~Duped in Arizona

This company totally misrepresents its products.What is shown on their website is not what you receive. Ladies they are showing you beautiful cotton detailed quilted products.What you receive is cheap polyester with a generic quilt patten scribbled throughout the piece. These product are not worth anywhere near what you are paying for them. Total ripoff!! DO NOT BUY IT'S JUNK!

Product is absolute crap, nothing at all like it was advertised on FB. I depend heavily on reviews when purchasing, and theirs (4 or 5 stars only) are clearly contrived. Asked for refund and return instructions to be told, essentially, that not being happy with what I received does not meet their criteria for return since it wasn't damaged. Was also delighted to see that the extra I spent on 'compostable packaging' was just the usual USPS plastic mailer. I AM PISSED.

Item is very poor quality, is not embroidered as shown in advertisements and colors are different. Will not issue a refund. They have a very shady return policy, which is no returns no refunds

The items do not look at all like pictured. I wrote a review trying to alert customers,buying from this website is easy way of throwing your money into garbage.

Online shopping can be risky, especially with unscrupulous companies. I prefer to shop locally and in person, so this was an expensive lesson and I want to shout from the rooftops about my experience with @Quiltnest.com. Please help spread the word and shop locally!!

I too have been duped by an online company and the return “policy” is a complete sham. The product was misrepresented and total junk. The company is QUILTNEST and a total scam. Here is the photo of the item I thought I ordered. A quilted, appliqué laundry basket. What I received was a cheap polyester PRINTED quilted fabric flimsy bag. They refused to accept my return and refund my money ($76!!) because there was no flaw noted in the product. Then they “generously” offered a refund if I returned the unacceptable product to CHINA - at a cost of nearly $40. Even if I paid to send it, I have no faith that I would receive a refund. QUILTNEST is the company and the order was delivered from an address in California. I’m spreading the word, please share. Do not order anything from this company. An expensive lesson.
