The product I received looks nothing like the picture on the website. The material is thin and only has a few “quilting” stitches. The material itself is dull and not at all as vibrant as the photo.

My main complaint is that the trim around the placemats is very cheap looking; like an inferior black felt. No ruffles or quilt appearance. And it is black and matches nothing on the material on the front

Very disappointed!! Customer service is no help at all. They keep hiding behind the same words of how, due to how the industry works, there will be up to a 20% difference in what you receive when compared with the photo on the website.

Do not buy from this website!

The runner pictured on Facebook was beautiful. The runner I received was much lower in quality with much less quilting. When I expressed dissatisfaction, they offered me a discount on a future purchase. I would not make one. I had intended this for a gift but will not give it. Very disappointed in quality and service.

I wish I would have read these reviews first. The product is not really as pictured. Maybe AI generated??? Product is cheaply made and not really quilted. Do not order from here.

It took weeks to get the product and it is an extremely lousy version of what i ordered. It is made from crappy fabric, very flimsy and NOTHING like the beautiful picture showed of a nice cotton hamper . After several emails - it seems to be the only way to contact them - - i was told it cannot be returned for "hygiene" reasons. Who wears a hamper ?

I ordered a quilted sunflower runner. There was no stitching on the petals or leaves as shown. This was just a print with stitching on the top joining it to the back and I am sure there isn’t even any batting. It is flat as a pancake. I am requesting to return it for a full refund

Failed to deliver product (quilt). customer service never answered email. Definitely a fraudulent business.

Super cheaply made products and they enhance their product pictures to make them look better than they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from Quiltnest. The product photos showed a beautifully crafted quilt with knitted cactus designs, which was the entire reason I bought it. What I actually received was nothing like the item advertised. Instead of textured, knitted artwork, the quilt had cheap-looking screen-printed cactus images that were poorly aligned and looked faded straight out of the package.

To make things worse, their customer service was no help at all. When I reached out, I was basically told “sorry about your luck — our policy says we can’t help.” No attempt to make it right, no real concern, just a dismissive response.

The overall quality felt rushed and low-end, and the customer service experience made it even more frustrating. I won’t be purchasing from Quiltnest again, and I’d caution others to be careful before ordering.

I think 2.6 stars is way too high for this company. Seriously a scam company. You do not go what you order.

The company is very responsive to any issue one may have. I accidentally ordered an item twice and when I realized my mistake I sent them an email and they responded immediately.
I ordered a most beautiful quilted container and I will definitely order more from this company

Gave one star because it does not allow me to give zero. The products advertised are cotton, quilted, sewn pieces, but this is not what is actually sold. I sadly ordered quilted laundry baskets and received large plastic collapsible baskets with printed motifs, nothing like the baskets pictured.

Look at vantique reviews, same scanners run this site.

Received a product that looked nothing like the photo. Was charged $10 more than the receipt. Tried to return and they flat-out refused. Total scam!

I ordered a table runner with Nutcrackers in it. It is well made and there is a very pretty velvet-like border around it that makes it look very festive. My husband liked it too, and the colors are vibrant.

The item I received was NOT like the item pictured on the website. I tried to return it for a refund and they would not refund me. They kept claiming that the product was as described. It was NOT! Shame on me for not researching them before purchasing.

BE VERY AWARE this site is a scam. Ordered a patchwork quilt
. No stitching in or around each patch as shown on website photo. Has one wavy pattern sewn through both back and front. No response for resolution from supplier. PLEASE do not order even if photos look good (which I did). Product is sub sub sub par quality.

Quiltnest sucks. Do NOT order from this scam company! They advertise great-looking quilted items then send you crappy semi-quilted stuff. I ordered three table runners and what I received has about 1/10 of the quilting stitches shown in their ads. They do NOT give a refund unless your item gets damaged in delivery. I would rate them a ZERO if I could! I have a side-by-side comparison photo of what they advertise and what I received, but I don't see a way to include it here. Very disappointed!!

QuiltNest is a complete scam ..
Products are cheaply made not worth over $100+ dollars they scam you out of.
Products at Walmart are made nicer quality and least have padding.

Ordered an Antique Quilt for $158.00.
What showed up is nothing like what I ordered and payed for.

Scam - Scam - Scam don’t buy from QuiltNest.
They ship from Hong Kong . All Gooks ripping you off.

Worse took weeks for the order to arrive from Hong Kong .

Really cool products , quality work . Super good customer service and communication . My profession is customer service , sure love to see cool companies like Quiltnest with great products , great prices and service

The items do not look at all like pictured. I wrote a review trying to alert customers to this and they kept saying it was "under moderation". Scam company
