Wish I had read the reviews first. I paid $176 for a quilt that is shockingly thin—almost like paper—and feels nothing like a quality product. It’s advertised as a polyester/cotton blend, but it... Voir plus

The photos show a quilt. I received the equivalent of a moving blanket. The patterns are screenprinted onto the blanket, it’s an awful scam.
Do not purchase from this company. They have beautiful pics of their so called products but when you receive your order it's horrifying. I lost $65 but can guarantee I will never order from them ag... Voir plus

Awful company. Don’t buy. My quilt never arrived. I contacted customer service but never gave me an answer
Lots of people call this a scam but I…
Lots of people call this a scam but I don't think I would go that far. I ordered something and I got something but it's totally not worth what I paid. It's just a cheap print. They say to expect some minor variation but one seam is an inch and quarter and the other is just a quarter of an inch. I found a very similar item at another store for $12.00. I paid $40. I feel totally ripped off. I complained but I heard nothing. their customer service is the scam. Do not waste your money on this site.
My purchase was never delivered
My purchase was never delivered.
I reached out to company; they said it was delivered to side door…. No side door on my house. They left tracking down merchandise myself with no luck. Company refused to assist in sorting out the lost merchandise and refused to refund my payment.
This company is a scam!!! Do not order from them.
Flat printed item
Flat printed item, not quilted at all, cheap inferior product, only 14 inches wide instead of the 24 inches advertised. Total rip-off, company will not accept returns. Do not buy.

Product did not look at all like the picture. I was very disappointed in the quality. I should have researched them before ordering. I did contact them and got a response that they would follow up but they did not. It was a Christmas gift so by the time it was opened it was too late to return. Lesson learned
Very horrible product
Very horrible product. I will spread the word on Facebook and wherever I can about this company. They're a total scam will not backup and refund product even when they send you more than you ordered. Please watch out for them because they're very very unprofessional company do not buy from them
Scam website- it’s expensive junk
Scam website- it’s expensive junk. The quilting is a pattern on top of an AI slop photo. The product pictures and the pictures in the reviews are all AI generated. And they don’t seem to offer returns, although I’ve written to request one, their return policy is that they don’t offer returns, so I’m out almost $100 bucks. The company got me by saying they operated in Wyoming- but I’m pretty sure that’s a front.
7 day limit on returns?!
I got a sunshine quilted laundry basket from Quiltnest. My problems:
1) The picture makes it appear roughly the same width as height, but it’s actually almost twice as tall. This does not meet my need.
2) The fabric feels like plastic.
3) I set it aside for a week or so until I had time to deal with the return.
4) VERY difficult to figure out how to return. Still not sure how, but it doesn’t matter, because they only allow returns within 7 days of delivery. SERIOUSLY?!
Quiltnest is a scam site
Quiltnest is a scam site. Produces mass produced machine stitched tree skirts with scene transferred into cheap fabric. Not hand quilted at all and thin with hardly any filling. Use their return policy as a lethal weapon to refuse returns on their dime store looking products and refuse customer’s claim every time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
The quilt that I received looks nothing…
The quilt that I received looks nothing like the one on website, the pillow shams do not even match the quilt, which is paper thing. Contacted Quiltnest about this and was told each quilt is made separately and there will be differences, but because it's not defected product there's nothing they can do. This company shows you beautiful quilts but thats not what you get. My flannel sheets are thicker than the quilt. Horrible company in my opinion. Save your money, buy elsewhere
Size
Too small....does not fit a queen sized bed completely......atleast not in the U.S.
FALSE ADVERTISING
I am filing this complaint due to misleading advertising and refusal to issue a refund for an item that was not as described.
Quiltnest advertises its products as “meticulously crafted,” “homemade,” and made with “top-quality materials,” and their website imagery shows structured, quilted items with visible craftsmanship and stitching. These representations strongly imply a high-quality, traditionally quilted product.
The laundry basket I received is not consistent with those claims. The item appears to be made from mass-produced printed fabric with superficial stitching, lacks structure, and does not stand upright as advertised. Additionally, the design is incomplete and misaligned, which further demonstrates poor quality and construction that does not match the product photos or description.
The company claims that differences fall under a “20% variation” policy. However, the issues I raised are not minor variations, but fundamental differences in construction, materials, and performance, which cannot reasonably be justified under that policy. A variation clause does not cover a product that fails to meet core advertised characteristics.
I provided multiple photos showing:
The product collapsing and failing to stand on its own
Blurry printed fabric instead of quilted construction
Clear differences between the advertised images and the item delivered
Despite this documentation, Quiltnest refused to issue a refund, stating that the product matches the description, which I strongly dispute.
I also attempted to post a 1-star review with photos on their website to accurately reflect the product received. Although it indicated the review was published, it does not appear publicly, while only positive reviews with significantly higher-quality photos remain visible. This raises concerns about selective review display and further misleading consumers.
If I could rate it less I would
If I could rate it less I would. Patchique is a scam.I ordered a quilt set from them. The picture I saw online was a beautifully crafted quilt with vibrant colors. The picture looked like the quilt was 3-D, with embellishments sewn on the quilt. What I received was a cheaply made piece of material.
The design was not stitched as it represents in the picture. Instead, it looks like it was spray-painted on.
The return policy is they keep 20% of the purchase price of the item if I return it. I paid $140 for the quilt. They keep 20% of it, which is $28. Plus I would have to pay an additional $14
to ship it back that they don't reimburse you for. So rather than pay a total of $42 just to return it I decided to keep it so they won’t have my $28 and resell the quilt to somebody else. It's a scam. They get $28 regardless of if I return it or not. What they're doing is criminal. They know they're sending out poor quality products and that people will likely return it, that's why they charge the 20% so that they make money whether you return the product or not. That's stealing and they should be prosecuted so they can stop cheating people out of money!😤
They are knock off cheap imitations
I ordered a quilted large, beautiful royal blue Christmas tree skirt with white Christmas trees around it. I got a small purple Christmas tree skirt with purple and white Christmas trees and black trim. It looks like a sewing machine ran across the material a few times to call it quilted there’s no quilt to get it. It’s the flimsiest thinnest cheapest thing I have ever received online in my life. Do not order from them. You will not get your money back no matter what.
I Was Suckered to Save You!
Doesn't allow returns and their product is crap. No tag with instructions and material type. What I bought for over $100 was not a quilt. It was just a patterned piece of cloth with a quilt like pattern sewn into the back. What I bought had a value of maybe $40. DON'T BUY!!
PLEASE FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT…
PLEASE FILE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I ordered a black cat with books laundry basket and a cats twin blanket for my granddaughter for Christmas. The cheap blanket arrived, but the laundry basket was returned to the manufacturer and QuiltNest said they reordered it. I never received a tracking number nor the laundry basket. I also got the runaround with my emails about the quality of the blanket and where to return it. After filing a dispute with my credit card, the money was back in my account in just over a week.
Bait and Switch scam
Item was of far inferior quality and craftsmanship from the item pictured in the ad. The ad showed a beautiful quilted table runner with quilt stitching that beautifully outlined and followed the image printed on the fabric. The item I received had a basic machined quilting pattern. The image on the fabric was different as well.
Scam, please READ
Please, do NOT buy anything from this company, everything is a scam.
The items are NOT quilted, is just PRINTED a quilt-stich design in a cheap fabric, also they added to my order an extra napkins ($90.00) and charged Organic package, Insurance, and TIPS ! (unbelievable!) without my authorization.
I complained and asked to refund my money, but they don't want to refund the order. Of course because it's a scam.
Please be aware of my nightmare experience.
Everything is trash.
My order# QTN343xx
Terrible, terrible.
Poor quality product
Poor quality product. Pictures show sturdy laundry baskets but the product is flimsy. It is thin material that wants to fold in on itself.
