Refusing to give me a return address. Has anyone been able to return anything and get a refund. I asked immediately I received so still within 14 days. The customer service is copy and pasting standard responses that don’t match my questions. Awful service and very suspicious!

Don't order anything from this firm
1 star too many.
This was the response i got back from their c/services, btw the company are based in China, you pay the extra £10 VIP shipping that doesn't even arrive in time. They offer me a third of my money back, hence no taking up a dispute with my bank, I wouldn't order from these people the outfits are hideous and so is their c/services.

Our factory is located in abroad ,the shipping fee will be expensive .We don't recommend you return the parcel .
How about we refund GBP11 of the money to you without returning the item? Maybe you can resell or send it to others as gift, what do you think?

AWFUL DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered 2 jumpsuits, 1 for me 1 for my mum. When they eventually arrived they were awful. They looked nothing like the advertisement, poor fitting, not baggy and floaty, tight almost bloomer like frills at the ankle. JUST AWFUL.
The returns policy reads fine until you actually want to return something. The company have replied a week after I emailed requesting a returns address/instructions. They wanted to know the problem. I have replied again asking for a return address/instructions as they are ill fitting. Another week passed, they want to send me bigger sized items as they are in China and returns will be expensive and take a while. Surprise surprise no mention of this on their website.
The returns policy is 14 days!!!
I have emailed back stating my disappointment and annoyance at their policy. I have demanded a return address so I can see how much shipping will be. They cost me £35.
Please don’t order any clothing from this company I feel the items I purchased were falsely advertised!!! 😡
