À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
Chatex AI is a browser-based AI workspace that brings chat, search, files, images, and leading AI model families into one place. Instead of switching between separate tools, users can start a conversation, choose the model that best fits the task, upload supported files, generate or refine images, and use web-backed search when they need current information. Chatex is independently operated and integrates with third-party AI model providers. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective providers, and Chatex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those providers.

This is a scam
This is a scam. You are trying to charge me €30 for a service I never signed up for and have never used. I am tired of receiving notifications from my bank saying that you are attempting to charge my card. I have never created an account with your service, nor have I ever used it. Stop attempting to bill me immediately and remove my payment information from your system. If these unauthorized payment attempts continue, I will report them to my bank and to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Réponse de Chatex AI
We’re sorry to hear about this and we take reports of unauthorized payment attempts seriously.
We tried to contact you through Trustpilot’s “Request information” feature so we could identify the relevant account or transaction, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. With the information available in the review, we have not been able to locate an account or payment attempt connected to you in our system.
We would still like to investigate this. Please contact Chatex AI support directly and provide the date and amount of the attempted charge, the merchant description shown on your bank statement, and the email address or phone number receiving the notifications. Please do not share any full card or payment details publicly.
As soon as we can identify the transaction, we’ll investigate it and take the appropriate action to prevent any unauthorized billing attempts.
Excellent tool and cost-efficient.
Great tool and it's much cheaper than the majority of AI apps and provides access to all models.
