Two stylists and one was horrible
My two girls saw two different hair stylists at the same time. I am horrible with names but one was older and one younger. The older stylist was 5 stars! The younger one I would give a 1-2. When she washed my daughters (Alexis) hair she missed the underside completely, I showed her a photo and had to ask twice to cut like the picture. It was choppy, and she seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I asked for layers and didn’t get. The hair cut was a mess. I had to fix it myself when we got home. I wouldn’t even know she had any training. AND I had booked a specific stylist and neither of my girls got her….she wasn’t even there and she was the one I wanted and booked specifically. I will NOT be returning. I have triplets and your salon just lost all 3 of them.

I always get great service and everyone is so friendly. Today was with Wendy and she was great and my hair looks amazing. I have had Kim and Kathy as well cutting my hair and they were great to and gave me a great cut.
