Best cute ever!
My hair stylist was the sweetest and kindest lady ever! She did an amazing job, made sure to check in with me every step of the way. She also offered her opinion, which I really liked as I found it helpful in deciding on a style. She even styled my hair at the end which totally made my day! I would definitely book with her again!

The lady who cut my daughter's hair was very patient with her and she did a great job. I hope she's still works there when my daughter will need a haircut.

Curly cut.
The cut was sound. My 1 hour 15 minute appointment was complete in 30 minutes. I looked forward to my curly cut, but at the end of my appointment my stylist told me she doesn't normally work on curly hair. The stylist wasn't sure of how to style my hair so I offered to do it later.

Fantastic experience
I always have a fantastic experience getting my hair colored every month. Troy is the best! He listens to my ideas and offers great suggestions. Together, we decide what's best for my hair, and it always turns out beautifully.

Amazing haircut done by Troy
I’ve had great experience with Troy! He carefully listened to my wishes and after he was done with haircut(which turned out to be amazing and exactly what I wanted) recommended products that will help me to maintain hair style I wanted. I will definitely be booking again with Troy! Highly recommend

After 20 minute wait….
I found stylist was quite pleasant but very slow. I was a bit concerned about her skill level. She worked on my hair in small sections and was always counting.. When I got home and brushed my hair out there were several long pieces of hair that still needed to be trimmed. Would not recommend this stylist.
I did not reach out to the management yet, or go into the salon. It is a 40 minute drive from my home and I just trimmed the edges myself.
On another note: This location was not very clean. The sink that was used to wash my hair was clogged and looked gross. And the washroom was full of carts and equipment and not very clean at all. I have been to other locations which I found pristine. The Mapleview location has gone downhill.
